A safe and cool stay in Milano
Pros:

What I loved about this accomodation: the staff met us at the door when we arrived, they were super friendly and helpful. They even carried our heavy bags up the steps at the entrance of the building. The facilities in the room were good - great convection stovetop, lots of plates and cuttlery, the washing machine worked well. The air conditioning and the outdoor shutters kept the apartment super cool - and it was very hot outside. I also really appreciated the proximity to Milano Centrale train station. Overall, a really safe stay in a super clean apartment where I feel like the hosts went out of their way to assist us with anything we asked for.

Cons:

I didn't find the bed comfortable. I also found that having to be buzzed into the building and not being permitted to sit in the chairs near the lift while we waited for our room to be cleaned one day a bit uncomfortable tbh. A second set of keys might've helped my husband I feel freer to come and go as we pleased, given you needed a key to use the lift to get up to the floor we stayed on.

I would also suggest providing visitors with some local information. Eg: top tip - there's a small Carrefour supermarket in the building next door that you can't miss. It has the bare essentials - loved that. However, there's a much bigger, beautiful Le Esse supermarket tucked around the corner which you could literally live out of. They sell lovely pre-made meals, fresh fruit and veg, have a full deli, a great cafe at the front. The coffee and pastries were really good and super cheap compared to other places. However, it took us days to find La Esse. So, a little map with some info like this would be awesome for other travellers I think. There was a map of Milan on the table when we arrived but the print was tiny and it wasn't marked with the location of the apartment or anything else that I could see.

Nice apartment with comfortable fittings
Pros:

Location was good, 15 minutes walk from the station. It was clean and comfortable and as an added bonus it had a washing machine.

Mini Appartamento Servito, Comodo e Pulito in Piazza Repubblica 🩷
Pros:

Stanza modernissima, arredata con gusto, pulita e accogliente. Spazi modesti ma molto ben organizzati. Ottimo per brevi soggiorni anche per motivi di lavoro.

Cons:

C'erano dei lavori e per qualche ora siamo state senza elettricità. Per il resto, tutto perfetto.

Удобные апартаменты в центре города
Pros:

Просторные апартаменты в центре города, очень чисто, удобные кровати ( даже диван-кровать). В наличии хорошая косметика, моющие средства. Квартира очень оснащена всем необходимым ( утюг, стиральная машина, фен, посудомоечная машина и кофе машина)
Персонал приятный, сами связались с нами накануне и оказывали поддержку онлайн.
