This property doesn't have accessible facilities, upper floors are not accessible by elevator.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
For bookings made with Free Cancelation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.
Reception hours are from 09:30 until 18.00 from Monday to Sunday. Reception hours may vary, and the Harrogate office operates with limited staff during the week.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception for an additional charge, subject to availability.
As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. Management reserves the right to recover this debt by any means necessary. Further information can be found on the property Terms & Conditions and damage policy.

The property will send you an email one day before your arrival with all the information you will need if you arrive outside the reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
On-site parking is available for £10 per car, per night. If you wish to reserve a space, please provide your vehicle registration number at the time of booking.

We liked the location.
We didn't like the fact you charge for parking when there is free parking on the road - it felt a bit unnecessary. We didn't like the hairs in the bath or the broken toilet seat. We didn't like the fact that the mattress was so u comfortable (we could feel the springs) that we have to sleep on the quilt. We didn't like the grounds unkempt feel and the lack of attention to detail outside the room. It needed a good clean with a powerhouse tbh.

Everything! From arrival and having ample space to park and entering to a beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment. Beds were comfy, showers were powerful, plenty of space and it was so clean. The outdoor terrace was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks.

The location is fantastic we have stayed in apartment E before which we loved, unfortunately apartment B was not to the same standard, very dark, not a great feel about it, shower no place to put soap, shampoo ect, bedroom has roller blind which had to be down when in bedroom, it felt like a basement

The accommodation was of a very high standard. The apartment was much larger than we expected, it was just perfect!
Location wise excellent, apartment luxury.

Absolutely spotless and spacious everything you could need was there very luxurious bath tub I loved the outside space also was so private and peaceful
There was nothing to not like
The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated with high end fixtures. Huge bed which was really comfortable, massive living room with wonderful comfy sofas, efficient washing machine. Fabulous location in smart residential street a short walk from the town centre.
£10 a night for off street parking seemed a bit steep although it did then feel secure.
