Pros:

Pelas fotos fiquei um pouco inseguro no momento da reserva. Na chegada ao hotel fiquei muito contento. Quartos com muito espaço, muito limpo, funcionários super simpaticos. Próximo ano vamos repetir. Recomendo

Localização, ideal para famílias com crianças pequenas, simpatia
Pros:

Quarto com vistas lindíssimas para o estuário e Setúbal. Óptimo pequeno-almoço. Staff atencioso, principalmente as senhoras da restauração. Localização é incrível, próximo de tudo. Ambiente do restaurante.

Cons:

A limpeza podia ser melhor, o lavatório da casa de banho esteve os 7 dias entupido. Pensámos que não era necessário avisar já que mal se abria a água esta não escoava durante 15 minutos, e a situação já se verificava quando chegamos ao hotel. O telefone do quarto estava sempre com sinal intermitente. Não se conseguia fazer uma chamada para a receção perceptível. Algumas zonas (corredores, jacuzzi) encontravam-se degradados. O jacuzzi esteve alguns dias em manutenção (quando o arranjaram a água estava fria). Poucos lugares de estacionamento.

A localização é muito boa, agradável e calmo.
Os funcionários muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Quando chegamos ao quarto, verificamos que as portas dos armários e a casa de banho estão todos sujos, com marcas de gordura, e vestígios de outras pessoas.
A cozinha tinha a máquina de lavar louça completamente desencaixada dos módulos.
O pequeno almoço a maquina do café era de má qualidade.

Do pequeno almoço. Achei fraco e acima de tudo, acho inacreditável vocês apresentarem ao pequeno almoço panquecas congeladas, que ainda nem totalmente descongeladas estavam. E da localização, achei longe da praia, considerando que tinha crianças comigo e estacionar perto da praia é impensável.
