Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ADO.
Bel appartement tout confort, propre avec climatisation et ventilateur.
Salle de bain nickel avec eau chaude et pression dans la douche.
Vue sur la terrasse aménagée sur le toit.
Rapport qualité-prix imbattable.
Je n'ai pas vu les propriétaires mais ils étaient très réactifs sur WhatsApp.

Cons:

La TV n'est pas reliée au câble et ne fonctionne que si on a un abonnement Netflix ou Amazon Prime.

Le rideau de la baie vitrée principale m'a semblé un peu fatigué.

Honestly, this was the best place I’ve stayed in Tulum, and I’ve been here many times.

Gary is a great host — super helpful, responsive, and really thoughtful. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the place. Everything is exactly like in the pictures .

The little extras made a big difference — good coffee every day, filtered water — and the apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning which is quite rare.

The location is great, and for what you get, the price is very reasonable.

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Tulum.

Pros:

De communicatie op voorhand met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot. De kamer was enorm groot en de keuken heel goed uitgerust wat ons de gelegenheid gaf om zelf te koken. We moesten pas 's avonds op de luchthaven zijn, maar mochten onze bagage in het hotel achterlaten zodat we die dag nog een uitstap konden doen. In de extra badkamer konden we ons zelfs nog wat opfrissen alvorens we naar de luchthaven vertrokken. Bovendien is het op wandelafstand van het ADO busstation, wat heel handig is. We zouden deze accommodatie zeker aanbevelen en zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven.

Un lugar para repetir.
Pros:

Estaba bien ubicado, comunicado muy limpio. Cada día nos limpiaban, cambiaban toallas y nos reponían café. Nos explicaron muy bien el funcionamiento y sitios cercanos para ir. Sin duda un buen lugar para quedarse en Tulum.

Quartos espaçosos e bem equipados
Pros:

O quarto é bastante espaçoso e bem equipado, possui uma cozinha com geladeira e demais utensílios e o chuveiro era bom. Tinha uma piscina e mesas na área de convivência, além de estar localizada próxima ao centro de Tulum. O quarto era limpo todos os dias.

Cons:

No anúncio diz que a hospedagem possui estacionamento gratuito, no entanto não tinha nenhum estacionamento e tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. Isto precisa ser consertado na descrição da hospedagem, mesmo que se diga que é uma região segura.

Great owner and staff! Great location and priced super well for the lovely rooms!
Pros:

The owner went above and beyond to help us out when my friend got really sick in Mexico. He let me book a room next door where I could stay and take care of her and was just super kind and understanding the whole time. The rooms are spacious with kitchens and the whole place is quiet and serene. The location is great for centro- close to all the food spots and banks, pharmacies- even the ear doctor we needed! Rent a scooter and the beach is just a 15 minute ride away and you can easily go back and forth.

Boa Localização, limpeza do quarto, hospitalidade do Miguel, além de toda a disponibilidade do Gary e Liz.
O quarto é bem confortável, a cozinha compacta muito boa.

Top Unterkunft in Tulum!
Pros:

Top Lage, direkt beim Busbahnhof und unweit aller Restaurants und Bars.
Gary war super, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wären gerne länger geblieben.

Best Stay in Tulum Town
Pros:

Our stay exceeded expectations! The owners are great humans who are very knowledgeable + welcoming. The suite is an above average size. Located in a quiet part of town and WAY better than staying down on the expensive beach strip, I highly recommend staying here. Great value for the cost. Well maintained + has everything you need - 10/10
