Nice place in Almaty
Pros:

Great location, between major city parks, close to restaurants and shopping. The owner and staff were all highly flexible and accommodating, they made us a printout of our Uzbek e-Visa. Having a washing machine and a complete kitchen, however small, makes a big advantage compared to a hotel.

Cons:

Using three independent pin codes and two different systems for the door locks seems very complicated. You absolutely have to write everything down not to forget and risk being locked out.

Недалеко от остановки, рядом центр

Cons:

Оказалось комната в трехкомнатной квартире, а не отдельная квартира, у каждого своя кодовая дверь, прилетели рано, жаль раннего заселения не было, сама все уточняла, заранее не оповещают сами по местоположению, берут депозит 10000, после выселения возвращают

Немного сложная система с автоматическими замками, по началу стоял по 5 минут над каждым, но это дело практики.
