Pros:

It's a nice apartment and very good value for the price. Not far from the centre, you get there on foot in 25 minutes. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is really uncomplicated, ideal if you come by car.

Studio apartment - Old Brick boutique Klaipeda
Pros:

The apartment was stylishly furnished and in a reasonably good location. Shower and toilet was good and plenty of hot water.
Fridge was great.
Good storage facilities, although probably more than needed.

Cons:

Although the apartment looked great, there were some issues when it came to actually use it. Style over substance!!
The mattress wasn't the same size as the bed, so it was hanging over the base which made sleeping awkward.
No curtains in the small street side window so anyone could look in - we had to push a cushion into the space.
Kitchen area is poorly equipped - only one glass. The whole apartment was very stuffy and too warm - not enough ventilation.

Pros:

Das Appartement war einmal sehr gut und hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet.

Cons:

Schon beim betreten des Hauses fällt einem der verschmutzte Flur und das Treppenhaus auf, das ganze Haus macht einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Das Appartement ist auf dem ersten Eindruck schön und komfortabel, dann kommen aber die vielen Mängel zum Vorschein. Wir konnten in den drei Tagen nicht vernünftig duschen. Die Duschkabine war kaputt und liess sich nicht schliessen und der Duschkopf konnte nicht in die Aufhängung weil sie zerbrochen war. Handtücher konnten wir nicht aufhängen weil die Haken daneben lagen.Das alles haben wir dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt, der allerdings war wenig interessiert und hat uns abgewimmelt. Ausserdem ist das Geschirr und Besteck unvollständig und nicht ausreichend.
Lassen sie sich von den Fotos nicht beeinflussen, die sind schon Jahre alt.

Mēs neiesakām šos apartamentus pilnā piedāvājuma komplektācijā, tikai ar mazāku cilvēku skaitu kā no

Mums nepatika gultas, kas bija viesistabā, jo tajās nebija iespējams gulēt. Cilvēkiem nācās likt matračus uz grīdas un gulēt neērtā vidē. Lūdzu nomainiet tās vai arī nepiedāvājiet 6 vietīgu un 4 vietīgus numurus, kur nav normālu gultu.
Nebija sagādāti attiecīgs skaits dvieļu, segas un spilvenu. Vēlāk protams tos nodrošināja.

Cons:

Iekštelpas bija jaukas un virtuve aprīkota ar traukiem , bet varēja būt ari kafija un tēja numurā.

Bathroom needs replacing; comfortable otherwise
Pros:

Great location, free parking available, quiet street, self check-in

Cons:

Could use more outlets, especially near the bed; a couple more hooks for towels in the bathroom, also a hook for the shower handle so you wouldn’t need to hold it.
The bathroom has no ventilation so there’s mould there, keep it in mind, I didn’t feel it outside of the bathroom so it wasn’t too much of a problem for us.

Pros:

The apartment was beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos. It was very comfortable for the whole family and our little dog. The location was great, very close to the old town.

Cons:

On the second night the upstairs neighbours were loud but nothing regarding the apartment itself.
