Good place for summer stay, questionable for a cool spring day
Pros:

The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom was very thought out and the visual appeal is there. This is a place that would be amazing for multiple day stay. The room had a washing/drying machine and apart from kitchen having only one working induction hob was well enough equipped.

Cons:

We travelled in the beginning of May, when the weather was cool, apart from having had a couple of warm days, and the coldness of the apartment was horrible! It was so cold that there was not even an idea to take a shower. Had to sleep in warm socks and a jacket.
The quality of the couch in the living room is questionable. And the TV raised some questions - it doesn’t have a Netflix login, so I logged in with mine, but the internet connection was spotty and it was very difficult to log out. It’d be nice if such an apartment would have its own Netflix account, so visitors wouldn’t have to worry about logging out.

Pros:

Nice room, freshly renovated. Quiet during the night. We arrived late with the ferry, the apartment is just 5 minutes from the terminal.
Had a splendid evening in the BHouse nearby.

Nice place, but needs a little more attention to details.
Pros:

Really great aesthetics; the lighting was especially nice. Very easy to self check in and check out. The communication from the staff was very good. It felt like coming home after the day instead of returning to a hotel room.

Cons:

The shower head was broken where it connected to the wall so it could only be used by holding, which made applying soap a bit difficult. The kettle was filthy to the point that I couldn't use it. There is no rack for drying dishes after you've washed them. The curtains to the windows provided enough privacy I think, but the streetlight outside shined through all night which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The handles and curtains on some of the windows were also dirty.

Pros:

The location is practical, within walking distance of the center, and there are convenient parking spots available.

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable - a mattress thin as a sheet of paper, and super loud every time you just move an arm.
It wasn’t very clean, particularly the bathroom - dusty and the rug was dirty and hadn’t even been changed. There is no hand soap or shower gel or shampoo.
There are no proper curtains even though the bedroom was facing the street, so everyone could see in + you get woken up by the sunlight.
The walls are very thin so you can hear people from the other apartments quite a bit.
The landlord wasn’t very easy to reach- we had to send 3 messages and finally give a call to get an answer to a question.

Visas buto interjeras, kainos ir kokybės santykis. Taip pat buto nuomotojas sutiko į butą mus įleisti anksčiau, nei buvo numatyta programėlėje.

Cons:

Kai kur buvo nenuvalytos dulkės, ant juodų baldų, daiktų, tai puikiai matėsi. Taip pat sofa buvo nepatogi miegojimui. Buto sienos, lubos yra ganėtinai plonos, todėl viskas girdisi kas vyksta kolidoriuje ar viršuje esančiuise butuose

Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Sauber und funktional.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer sind leider keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kultur Sachen. Ein Haken mehr an der Wand wäre sehr praktisch gewesen. Eine Duschvorlage auch.
