Pros:

Een goede, maar altijd vochtige kamer. Een goed verzorgd ontbijt. En zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het feit dat de locale jongeren het zwembad overnemen, de bar bij het zwembad voor hen wel tijdelijk geopend wordt, maar de gast naar de supermarkt verwezen wordt of naar de centrale bar als deze geopend is, past niet bij een verblijf van deze prijsklasse.

Delikat sted, røft og kult! Veldig fint bassengområde! Kort vei til matbutikker.

Cons:

Området rundt hotellet var skikkelig stusselig (industriområde?).

Frokosten var ok, fint presentert, men veldig lite utvalg og det samme hver dag.

Delikat sted, røft og kult! Veldig fint bassengområde! Kort vei til matbutikker.

Cons:

Området rundt hotellet var skikkelig stusselig, kan nesten beskrives som industriområde.

Frokosten var ok, men svært lite utvalg og akkurat det samme hver eneste dag.

Cons:

Die Masseria liegt mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet. Die nähere Umgebung bietet nichts, um in die Innenstadt von Matera zu kommen benötigt man ein Auto.
Das Personal ist nett, aber offensichtlich unerfahren, das Frühstück eher italienisch spärlich.
Der Pool liegt schön, wird aber zum Teil von Jugendlichen aus der Umgebung genutzt, die ihn mit lauter Musik beschallen.

Pros:

Un endroit magnifique, plein de caractère avec une piscine très bienvenue. Chambre pas très grande mais avec literie confortable.

Cons:

On aurait dû rester 2 nuits !

Doporučuji, výchozí bod pro poznávání památek v okolí Matery.
Pros:

Místo je velmi pěkné a pohodlné.Od personálu jsme měli spoustu doporučení.Pokoj byl velmi čistý a měli jsme dostatek prostoru, včetně veškerého vybavení. Navíc bylo skvělé strávit nějaký čas u bazénu.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Tucked away close to a supermarket we never imagined such a lovely resort. The buildings and pool and accommodation are amazing. And so close to Matera it was very convenient. Breakfast delicious and facilities top notch .

A beautiful oasis in modern-day Matera
Pros:

We knew when we booked this hotel it wouldn’t be in the heart of ‘old’ Matera, but we wanted somewhere quiet and with a swimming pool. I admit to being worried as we drove through an industrial estate to reach it, but as we approached the entrance, could see it was situated in beautiful grounds. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Our room was in a separate annexe away from the main building, nicely furnished and very peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and because the weather was good, ate it on the terrace every morning.

Cons:

The bar in the hotel closed at 8.00pm, so we were never able to enjoy a drink there in the evening during our stay.

Eine ganz wunderbare Auszeit an einem unbeschreiblich schönen Platz!
Pros:

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal,
wunderschönes Ambiente (das Anwesen und die Zimmer),
wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt ist ideal.
Es gibt mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants in der Nähe, die im wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrzeug zu erreichen sind.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Masseria Santa Lucia. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was outstanding – clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious products. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again.
