Very bad - owner canceled last minute without prior notice
Pros:

Nothing - the owner canceled the booking

Cons:

The booking was abruptly canceled by the owner at the last minute. Booked the room for more than 4 months ago. The owner canceled the booking ON THE SAME DAY OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING without prior notice & no explanation. I learned that the owner posted same room but with higher price.

I think i was overcharged, the rate was around 1700 , but they charged me 1900+ , it was not said on the app, the owner said that the 250 was for commission fee. Check out time was 12, someone who is there staff dropped a bag of groceries when i was asleep, it was around 11 am, also no laundry machine, i thought they had that base on the photos

Poor communication. Not correct address as to building a.b c d e got there Lindsey room balcony closed off total price was double. Just a shambles. Stay somewhere else shame on you bookings for listing these

Pros:

The place is okay and near SM MOA which is walking distance only and near convenient store which is good and has almost complete utensils.

Cons:

The in-charge isn’t that accommodating and didn’t mind to return the change of the cash payment and no response upon messaging her. Could have accommodated us better.
