Exceptional Service and a Perfect Retreat After Hiking
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel with a refreshing pool that is perfect after a day of hiking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. One of the biggest advantages is the exceptionally large underground parking area, which makes arriving by car very convenient. The hotel restaurant is of outstanding quality, offering a truly memorable dining experience.

The greatest strength of this hotel is definitely the staff-they are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. We had a situation where our child’s shoes were accidentally damaged during dinner, and everything was handled in a very professional and caring way. Another lovely surprise was when a family member requested lactose-free milk in the morning-the next day, the hotel had specially purchased it for us. These thoughtful gestures made us feel truly valued as guests.

Cons:

A car is definitely recommended, as having your own transportation is important for exploring the surrounding area and reaching the hotel comfortably.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Appartement war ganz oben - leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.. mit Baby, Kinderwagen usw. schwierig. Wir mussten früher abreisen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen. An der Rezeption sagte man mir, dass man beim Preis was machen würde.
Im Nachhinein leider doch nicht. Das müsste man besser gleich so kommunizieren und nicht zuerst Versprechungen machen.
