Great for ferries and plenty of decent restauarnats nearby
Pros:

On the last morning there was no hot water which was disappointing. We discussed this on check out and the receptionist suggested we should have reported it earlier. Staff were quite helpful generally. It is very conveniently positioned for ferries to Capri and Sorrento.

Cons:

Occasional difficulty entering front door .

Ideal for the night before a ferry trip
Pros:

Perfect location for a morning ferry. And, right at the castle and close to the Royal palace. Well accessible by the airport bus.

Cons:

To get to the lift, you have to do some stairs with the heavy luggage right behind the front door. Inconvenient. The step between the room and the elevated bathroom is dangerous!!

Pros:

La struttura era in una buona posizione centrale e ad un passo dalla metro. La camera era pulitissima e a disposizione c’erano 2 bottigliette d’acqua e cialde per il caffè (con macchinetta)

Cons:

Non c’erano cuscini di ricambio…direi un po scomodi quelli in dotazione.

LO ÚNICO BUENO QUE TIENE EL ALOJAMIENTO ES LA RECEPCIONISTA.

La atención de Elena. La limpieza. El agua del baño: buena presión y temperatura.

Cons:

El nombre (Babylon & Tiffany Luxury Resort) no se condice para nada con la habitación que ofrece, que es un 2 estrellas. Es un engaño publicitario.
Además, en Booking, dan una dirección y fotos de la misma propiedad , pero, una vez hecho el pago, resultó q el cuarto está en otro edificio, a unas cuadras del primero, en una calle poco transitada (no céntrica, como lo es Piazza Municipio) y la habitación sin vistas.
Tampoco pudimos conseguir que el Babylon & Tiffany nos abriera la puerta el día de la llegada (dirección de Booking) ya q no da indicaciones de cómo llegar ni qué timbre corresponde a su firma en el portero eléctrico (Entramos cuando un amable ocupante del edificio nos dejó entrar y preguntamos a vecinos y turistas cuál era el departamento que buscábamos.....todo esto con nuestras valijas a cuestas y después de un viaje de 16 horas)
En el cuarto :
Nadie nos indicó cómo funcionaba la TV.
El radiador, supuestamente para calefaccionar, no funcionaba.
Los postigos de oscurecimiento no estaban correctamente trabados y se abrían con el viento.
No había mantas o frazadas y la noche era bastante fresca
Y, como si todo eso fuera poco, fue IMPOSIBLE, apagar la luz central del dormitorio: no hubo una sola tecla en todo el cuarto, baño y pasos q pudiera desactivarla. O sea: tuvimos q dormir con la luz dándonos en los ojos.
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo ni volveremos.
