Pros:

The apartment was very clean and modern and well maintained. The space was big and comfortable. WiFi was great. Brikena was very helpful !

A relaxing stay with beautiful views
Pros:

The bath was my favourite - having a bath at sunset overlooking the city and mountains was just beautiful. It was a large space and the bed was super comfy!

Katrina was great! She checked me in quickly and efficiently and ordered my taxi for the next morning, straight away - 10/10 for service.

Cons:

The one thing I’d say is that there is a cap on the hot water. I had two baths but the second one was cold which was a bit of a shame as the bath seems to be the main attraction of the property! Other than that, everything was perfect

We stayed at Ambassador Skyline Apartments and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Katrina handled our check-in perfectly—the white-glove service meant we had working keys, clear orientation, and solid neighborhood recommendations before we even needed to ask. She also arranged our car service without any friction, which saved us time on arrival. The apartment itself is stylish and genuinely in the center—we walked to restaurants, museums, and cafes from the door. The location paid off; we didn't need a taxi for most of our stay. Katrina knew the neighborhood well and gave recommendations that didn't feel generic. That matters more than a long list of amenities. We are returning in November

Prima studio, dichtbij centrum in zeer goede buurt

Fijne studio. Mooi uitzicht op de stad. Dichtbij alles.

Cons:

De verrassing of we even contant wilden betalen. Als dat van tevoren wordt aangegeven, neem ik het mee. Ben dit niet gewend van Booking.com

Lovely view, amazing staff!
Pros:

The service was amazing - Alban helped us during our stay. We were in the wrong place as our taxi dropped us off at the back of the building, Alban came and found us very quickly. He was very responsive on the WhatsApp and helped with any questions quickly. He gave us a great guidebook to Tirana! The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and modern. The bed was comfy. There were nice towel robes. The view was exceptional, the skyline and the mountains and a castle!

pleasant room, nice staff, good location
Pros:

modern and nicely design room with lovely view. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was good, not far from the city center.

Cons:

Please consider adding a cleaning sponge for washing the dishes and and kitchen towels which can be useful in the kitchen.

Great location, nice apartment but too pricey for what you get
Pros:

Great location.
Stylish designed interior.

Cons:

Uncomfortable second bed which was a cheap sofa bed.
The entire furnishings looked nice but felt cheap.
No parking anywhere.
Price too high for the quality delivered.
