Posizione ottima ma camere non al top.
Pros:

La posizione è molto strategica e il prezzo è ottimo considerando i costi degli alloggi a Vienna.

Il personale si è mostrato molto cordiale e disponibile a risolvere le problematiche riscontrate.

Cons:

Le foto sono ingannevoli, vengono mostrati gli appartamenti migliori ma, in realtà, non sono tutti come quelli in foto.

La pulizia non è ottima, la testata del letto in tessuto era piena di polvere e c’era un calzino nel davanzale che doveva essere lì da molto tempo.

I letti sono molto usurati e morbidi, come le lenzuola che risultano infeltrite.

C’erano delle finestre, che davano sul corridoio del condominio, prive di tende. Con la luce accesa dentro, si vede tutto. Abbiamo dovuto mettere delle asciugamani nei vetri.

C’erano solo due grucce nell’armadio.

Cuando llegamos no estaba la llave donde indicaban que teníamos que recogerla y nos toco esperar a que apareciera una Sra que ni saludo. El segundo dia no abría la puerta y estuvimos intentando contactar con los dueños mas de 3 horas, hasta que contactamos con booking y a ellos si le respondieron. Despreopupacion total de que puedas necesitar algo. Venden que tiene cocina y la sarten está tan vergonzosamente vieja que da asco tocarla, por no mencionar que el poco equipamiento que tiene está debajo del fregadero donde tendría que estar el cubo de basura que es inexistente, hay una papelera con una bolsa enana para toda la estancia. El peor alojamiento que he visto, un cero para la atención al cliente.

Уставший номер, обшарпанная мебель, оборудование частично неработающее, посуды неполный комплект, батареек в пульте телевизора нет, а главное НЕТ кондиционера и плохо работает вентилятор
