Nice, copy appartment
Pros:

Good location near the metro station. Restsurants and markets also very near. Appartment is clean and spacious.

Cons:

Owner should check is everything working properly before rent appartment.

Wszystko na plus: duże łóżka, duża łazienka, drzwi na pin - nie trzeba nosić kluczyka, dokładne i pomocne instrukcje od właścicieli, pełne wyposażenie kuchni - garnki, patelnie i ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami. Parking również na plus

+ mega blisko do metra i sklepów

Cons:

Minimalny minus to brak klimy, podczas naszego pobytu było ponad 30 stopni we Wiedniu, ale apartament był wyposażony w bardzo solidny wiatrak, więc nie było tak źle.

Minus to nawiedzone automatyczne rolety, dziwnie ktoś zaprogramował ich automatyczne otwieranie i zamykanie w losowych momentach

Clean, comfy, free parking
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. From the location there is good connection with the metro to the city. Free parking was a big advantage for us. Host was helpful and check in instructions were clear.

Cons:

Metro connection is great, however it takes sometimes up to 40 min to get to the city. Note that Sunday most of the shops are closed, only one grocery shop around.

Comfortable stay for a good price at the outskirts of Vienna in Seestadt
Pros:

Very well suited for a short stay. Everything in the apartment worked and access is contactless and easy. The locality is away from the city but has everything including shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Room was clean and the kitchen was reliable and worked perfectly.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn't like. It is the perfect room for the price and everything is as advertised.

La struttura è posizionata vicino alla fermata della metro e in una zona tranquilla.

Cons:

Ho avuto problemi con le persiane e nonostante io abbia chiesto sin dal primo giorno un intervento, il personale è intervenuto solo l’ultimo giorno e in ogni caso non ha risolto il problema. La finestra non aveva tenda, ciò ha comportato dover essere svegliati ogni mattina in modo brusco con sole forte e diretto sul letto.
