Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe.
Cons:

Hatte ab der Ankunft gesundheitliche Probleme.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Ich wollte ersatzlos stornieren, was ich innerhalb 1 Stunde ab Ankunft dem Customer Support mitgeteilt habe. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen. Auf schriftliche Anfragen per mail wurde nicht reagiert.

Pros:

Nette Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Gute Anbindung in die Stadt (20Min U-Bahn bis zum Praterstern) in einer Siedlung mit allen nötigen Geschäften in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Cons:

Wir waren in Wien für die ESC 2026 angereist. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel es us auf, dass der Fernseher im Zimmer nicht funktionierte, das haben wir direkt gemeldet. Wir wurden vertröstet mit 'Wir gucken, was wir tun können'. In 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes ist niemand vorbeigekommen und das Problem wurde nicht behoben. Sehr ärgerlich.

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber. Das kann man von den allgemeinen Teilen der Immobilie (Treppenhaus, Gemeinschaftsräume etc.) nicht behaupten.

Comfort, Convenience & Great Location
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, well-equipped, and functional – everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
We are especially grateful for the secured parking space in the garage, which was a huge benefit for us. The garage was very close to the apartment, making everything even more convenient.
The entry system for both the building and the apartment was excellent and very easy to use, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location is also great – very close to the metro station, and the U2 line takes you directly to Karlspaltz, which was perfect for exploring the city.
There is also a grocery store nearby where we bought our daily essentials, as well as a DM store, which was very practical.
All in all, it was a perfect stay. When we return to Vienna, we will definitely choose the same accommodation again.

Cons:

The only small downside was the limited amount of kitchenware, as there was only one coffee cup available. However, this was not a major issue for us, as we managed without any problems. We mention it simply as a small suggestion that could make the stay even more perfect in the future.

Real nice 2 spend time here
Pros:

New neighborhood, clean, quiet area, parking, metro across the street, shops, coffee restaurants... Accommodation is self check in, access with code, apartment equipped with everything you could need, comfortable bed, electric roller blinds,warm, we had to turn off the radiator, coffee capsules, tea on the house. We enjoyed the 4 days spent at your place.

Pros:

Modernes Appartment im neuen Stadtteil Seestadt, der Alles zum Leben bietet, Parkplatz im Parkhaus super, Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit der Metro in ca. 30 Minuten ideal. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterteam.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage aber Außenjalousien, Fenster konnte man nachts offen lassen, da die Umgebung sehr ruhig ist.

- Hofer, Dm, Kebab shop langa cazare
- parcare acoperita, gratuita

Cons:

Am platit aproximativ 100 de EUR pe noapte pentru aceasta cazare.
- pe pereti erau urme de muci (eng: snot) suflati de cineva care a stat inaintea mea aici. Nu s-a deranjat nimeni sa curete
- peretii sunt murdari, au tot felul de urme diverse. Nu stiu cand au fost curatati/vopsiti ultima oara.
- daca apartamentul de sus sau de jos gateste, tot mirosul se aduna in aceast apartament
- din baie venea un miros constant de excremente (miros de canalizare). Tubulatura, sistemul de ventilatie, este prost si permite mirosurilor sa intre prin zona ventilatorului
- canapelele din piele sintetica sunt jupuite...
- usa de la intrare este subtire. Auzi toate persoanele care trec pe hol. Noaptea nu poti dormi cum trebuie

Wie würden jede Zeit wieder kommen
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig und angenehm. Das Parkhaus ist geräumig und das einchecken hat auch super gepasst. Die Betten sind top habe selten so gut in einer Unterkunft geschlafen das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Wir haben ein kleines Zimmer gebucht, das war natürlich unsere Schuld aber es ist echt extrem klein. Ein großen Koffer kann man nicht einfach so aufklappen. Die Zimmer werden auch recht schnell ziemlich warm. Aber mit Fenster hoffen geht es.

Tesis konum olarakta, fiyat performans olarakta çok güzeldi. Tekrar gelsem yine burda kalırım. Tek trenle 30 dakikada merkeze gidebiliyorsunuz. Temizliği, imkanları olsun çok güzeldi. Otelde saç kurutma makinesi için vigo başlığı bile var. Daha ne söylenirki

Przepiękna lokalizacja apartamentu w spokojnej dzielnicy niedaleko jeziorka. Blisko do sklepu, stacji metra oraz darmowe miejsce parkingowe w garażu piętrowym. Sam apartament czysciutki, wygodny, nowe ręczniki i pościel, anex kuchenny w pełni wyposażony nawet w zmywarkę do naczyń. Obsługa apartamentu na wysokim poziomie. . Bardzo miło spędziłem tutaj czas i czułem się jak we własnym domu. Polecam Krzysztof

Decent room, but very poor service from the host
Pros:

The room itself was decent. Although the location is quite far from the city center, the U2 metro line is nearby and takes you directly to the center of Vienna in about 40 minutes, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The service was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were no hangers in the room; we asked the host to bring some, but it was never done. More importantly, the TV did not work at all during our entire one-week stay. We contacted the host 3 times asking to fix it, but he completely ignored the issue, and we were left without a TV for a whole week.

Pros:

Die Betten sind sehr gut und bequem.
Gutes, schnelles WLan.
Lage nur wenige Fussschritte von der U2 Endstation. Bis ins Zentrum fährt man 30 Min, zum Hauptbahnhof 45Min, einmal umsteigen.
Die Wohnungen befinden sich in einem neuem, ruhigen Quartier.

Cons:

Ich habe für unsere Gruppe 4 Zimmer gebucht. Auf den 1. Blick sauber, auf den 2. Blick gruselig und sollten besser gewartet werden.
Die Storen sind leider nicht lichtdicht.
Die Nachttischlampe kann nicht eingesteckt werden, da keine Steckdose in der Nähe. Mit einem Verlängerungskabel könnte dieses Problem einfach gelöst werden, oder steht sie einfach nur zur Deko da?
2 der 4 Fernseher in unseren 4 Appartements funktionieren nicht (Stecker defekt Zi 27 und 7)
Gruselige Flecken auf dem Ersatztduvet im Schrank (Zi 24)
Steckdose hängt aus der Wand ((Zi 24)
Fenster sollten dringend gereinigt werden.
Schimmel in Fugen in der Dusche (Zi 7)
Ameisen im Zimmer 27
Fernseher hängt schief an der Wand (Zi 7)
In der Kaffeemaschine ist noch eine Kaffeekapsel vom Vorgänger drin. (Zi 7)

Die beschrieben Mängel wurden bereits in etlichen Rezessionen beschrieben, anscheinend ohne Wirkung.
Die Wohnungen erfüllen ihren Zweck, wir würden in Anbetracht der Mängel diese Appartements nicht mehr buchen.
