Perfekte Basis für einen Städtetripp in Wien
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Wir waren bei einem Konzert im Happelstadion das hat gut gepasst. Auch von der Ausstattung der Küche war es toll.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer das wir bezogen haben hat extrem nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Es war aber eine nette Dame an der Rezeption die uns gleich umgebucht hat. Wir waren als Familie mit Kind unterwegs. Das wäre garnicht gegangen.

There is no food extractor so limited cooking possibilities. Curtains dont block the light properly. Next to a construction site and therefore very loud since early morning

Cockroaches detected. Stay away from room 802.
Pros:

nice interior, very bright and a unique apartment with great windows placement.

Cons:

In the morning we noticed that there are cockroaches in our room and were really unpleasantly surprised. the room appears clean, but the fact that there are cockroaches around felt unpleasant and the hygiene is too compromised.

Muy bien pero con cosas a mejorar
Pros:

Todo estaba limpio y nuevo y las camas eran muy cómodas

Cons:

La ducha tiene un cristal muy pequeño y se sale todo el agua.
En la cocina no hay vajilla suficiente, hay que poner el lavavajillas si o si con 4 cosas porque además hay estropajo pero no hay jabón para lavar los platos a mano y como no hay más vajilla pues no te queda más remedio que poner el lavavajillas con 4 cosas, tampoco hay trapo para humedecer y limpiar la encimera, te las tienes que apañar como puedes, no cuesta tanto poner las cosas y evitar poner lavavajillas innecesarios

Die Nespresso Maschine und der kleine Geschirrspüler.

Cons:

6 Uhr früh Höllenlärm durch Baustelle vor dem Fenster, keine Vorwarnung, im Urlaub nicht ideal. Apartment liegt direkt an der S-Bahn, auch darüber keine Info vorab.

Estuvimos de paso por Viena y nos alojamos allí, el tamaño del piso más que suficiente con todas las utilidades necesarias para pasar un día o varios,La ubicación excelente, lo tienes todo al lado! Todo muy tranquilo y muy limpio.

Cons:

No entendí muy bien porque pagué unos 6€ al hacer el check-in, por lo demás genial.
