Awesome apartment close to the city center
Pros:

We found the apartment to be perfect for our 2 nights stay in Vienna. The location is perfect, 30 min walk from the city center, located in a nice area.
It was clean, spacious, and with the basic necessities.

Plenty of parking garages around the building; it was important for us to have a safe parking and it was definitely a good one (it’s called Garage Zrs). Would book again in the future.

I really dislike that there is no accessible customer service for Deaf people like me when the check-in doesn’t work or when I have a problem. Providing only a 24-hour phone number means I cannot contact you. Please consider Deaf people and anyone else who cannot make phone calls by providing a text or chat alternative

Simple check in, comfortable beds and well equipped rooms with AC.
Pros:

The location was fantastic - a short walk from Rennweg station which allowed transport to Vienna airport in 25 mins. Also within walkable distance from most tourist spots in the City. The room was clean and well equipped - a small gift bag of basic cosmetics was left in the room, a microwave, dishwasher, hobs, pots and pans and cutlery were available with a fridge. It was more than enough for a short stay. Check in was easy and my simple question was answered straight away via the phone available at the check in area. The air conditioning made the stay comfortable as my visit was during a heatwave!

Cons:

Whenever water was used in the kitchen sink or the bathroom, there was a noise coming from the pipes (or possibly the boiler)? I was worried that it was super loud when I was showering in the night time but I couldn’t hear it from my neighbours’ rooms so maybe it wasn’t as loud as I thought? The rooms were very quiet apart from people coming and going from other rooms and their doors slamming.

Clean and in good shape, good position too.

Great location and comfortable stay with a few minor issues
Pros:

When we arrived, the girl at reception was very kind and checked us. The room was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with pots, a frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses, and even a dishwasher that worked perfectly.
The location was amazing, we were able to visit all the main spots in Vienna on foot, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all. The hotel is also close to the train station, which made the journey from the airport very convenient (around 35 minutes). There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If we have the opportunity to go back to Vienna we will stay at the same place as it was very convenient for us.

Cons:

We stayed in room 611, and we noticed that whenever we used the kitchen sink, there was quite a loud noise coming from the pipes. We’re not sure if this is normal for the building, but even a small amount of water in the sink would cause the noise.
The bathroom had a similar issue, although the noise was less noticeable there. Another point is that the shower would flood quite easily, which makes me think there may be an issue with the drainage. Also, the shower only has a partial glass screen, leaving the other side open, so water easily splashes out and the whole bathroom gets soaked.
This wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s something that may need some attention.

Cons:

Premier appartement sous les toits sans climatisation et aucuns rideaux . Heureusement, le personne a été réactif et nous avons eu une autre chambre plus petite mais avec climatisation et rideaux sauf dans la salle de bains ...
Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre.
L'hôtel est au dessus de tres gros travaux qui commencent très tôt.
Le petit déjeuner est dans Un café plus loin et hors de prix pour ce qui nous a été servi. Accueil moyen.
