Close to center, a bit noisy neighbours
Pros:

Pretty good place to stay, close to city center, clean. A bit pricey in comparison with other hotels we stayed at in Italy.

Cons:

The noisy neighbours were really annoying. We stayed in the room 2263 and the tenants in the flat above ours were really noisy, but I guess that is something the owner cannot influence as the flat is not a part of the hotel.

Great location for a city break!
Pros:

Great communication from the staff. Very comfortable setting with all the advertised facilities. Spacious shower. Blackout blinds. No street noise. Smart TV to log in to your streaming services. Easy access to the station and close enough to the city for exploring.

Cons:

Getting first access is a bit tricky as it requires you to phone a number to unlock the street access door. If your SIM card cannot make phone calls this is a problem. Luckily the office let us in as we arrived when they were open.

Appartement très propre et lumineux. Personnel sympathique qui a bien communiqué toutes les informations tout au long du séjour. Bonne literie et équipements en général.

Cons:

Il faisait assez froid dans l'appartement malgré la climatisation réversible. Pas très bien insonorisé vis à vis des appartements voisins. Le quartier pas idéal pour se balader le soir.

Voor een nachtje slapen vond ik de hoeveelheid tekst die ik toegestuurd kreeg ienorm. Ook de self check in irriteerde me omdat er extreem veel persoonlijke gegevens ingevoerd moesten worden op hun internet site. Als die database ooit gehackt wordt...
Mijn bank waarschuwde vervolgens dat de autorisatie voor de betaling voor de Tourist Tax een doorlopende autorisatie was en weigerde. Dus moesten we langs een kantoortje om dat ter plekke te betalen.
