Location, communication.
Kitchen is nit a real kitchen, super small working area very small sink. Parking is fine, but expensive.
Location was good. Apartment was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Lift was little slow, look of the building from out was not that good, but when we entered the apartment, we were very happy as it was beautifully done. Just a suggestion to add a small kettle in the room.

The flat is convenient for the station and within easy walking distance of the main town. It's a modern property and it's a decent size for a holiday home. The staff who deal with a number of flats in the area are excellent. Very helpful.
The kitchen fittings are fairly rubbish and the kitchen equipment is the usual rental property junk. Most people don't bother cooking, I suppose, but it would be nice to have decent equipment if you do want to.
The smart electric blinds were good at keeping the light out and very adjustable. The AC was good, with a minimum temperature of 16°c and free reign to adjust. Lots of well placed heaters look good for cold weather. The room was beautiful and well decorated. The dining table and wine glasses allowed for nice meals, along with the well thought out kitchen.
The team were very friendly and had an office nearby to attend to any needs and it was open for long periods. The welcome book was incredible, simply laying out everything from the AC controller to nearby restaurants and even a suggested itinerary.
There was no sharp knife for cooking and no oven. The shower was very tricky to get the temperature right with small adjustments going from cold to very hot. A nit-pick, but the included shower gel and shampoo are nice but were in plastic which seems a little wasteful unless reused which they didn't appear to be.
The TV didn't seem to have streaming services that you could sign into.
This location is very convenient to the train station for traveling in and out of Bologna. If traveling for work to the congress center, it does require taxi to and from the center. It is 15-20 minutes walk from city center, which is very convenient. The room is as pictured. The service and communication was great. The bed was not the most comfortable and there are additional fees for cleaning that are required and it was difficult to schedule those for our stay. The host was communicative throughout. The WiFi is very slow so if you need it for work, you may need to look elsewhere.
Location is mostly convenient, but if you're looking to be in the heart of things, you may want to look more in city center. The WiFi was quite slow and the TV apps needed some updating.

La vicinanza al centro, facile da raggiungere e difronte ad un parcheggio interrato dove lasciare l'auto. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo e d'estate è sempre apprezzata! I letti sono comodi.
