The place is clean and of high quality in general, also very close to the airport (walking distance).
1. The barrage of emails I got to check-in online, only to be redirected to some website in which it is not clear whether I completed the check in or not. Upon arrival, I tried to check in via the self service tablets - which showed an unexplainable error. Eventually I found that the entrance code was sent to me somewhere along the messy messages. The same thing occurred when i tried to check out via the tablet.
2. I had a request for a baby cot to be added to the room, which was approved on booking.com. There was no cot in the room, and after trying to call a human representative twice, they got back to me and said that such an option has never been available on their property.
Both of these could be misalignment artifacts from booking via booking.com, but they can do better.
We booked a stay specifically there to have a nice ending to our vacation close to the airport, but the added stress was just not worth it.

Good location
Hard to find, door didn’t work and they didn’t give proper instructions how to get in due to the main door fault. Was tried to get in middle of the night for more than 1h.

The apartment is great. It’s spacious, comfortable, and we really like it. It’s quiet even though it’s next to airport. Location is good, transport connection with the city is good as well. Parking is paid - 17 eur per day in the nearest garage, or 7 eur per day on the street.
There were some spots on the floor, some dishes were left in the dishwasher, and many of the plates in the cupboards were still wet, with water dripping from them. It’s not a big deal, we think this is something that really needs more attention and will be improved for future guests.
I am on a regular stay here when i fly from Estonia on holiday or business trips.
Shower caps would be a good addition
