Great little studio, fantastic location, very clean.The only down side was the communication
Pros:

Everything!!! It would have been better if it had aircon. We were there during a heatwave.

Cons:

The communication from the management. Everything is via AI. The management is based in Germany. They didn’t provide the Villach mobility card , they had no idea what it was!

Excellent all round
Pros:

Easy to access and it was very clean, the layout was great especially having the adjustable TV on the wall.
Lots of great facilities too such as coffee machine, plenty of towels and especially the hair dryer which isn't always a given.
Great location

Cons:

Not much! It said there was a bottle of fresh water in the fridge but it wasn't there.

soggiorno decidamente scadente non aderente alla descrizione del sito.
Pros:

La camera era al secondo piano senza ascensore e scale non confortevoli.
La camera aveva 2 finestre uno senza tenda oscurante. Praticamente ci si sveglia all'alba e si può dormire solo dopo il tramonto, comunque sempre con l'illuminazione della strada.
Ho richiesto immediatamente l'installazione della tenda oscurante la prima sera ma ho ricevuto solo risposte evasive di ringraziamento per la segnalazione ma dopo essere andato via sto ancora aspettando che mi dia una risposta quantomeno sulla fattibilità anche se il binario per la tende era disponibile e le tende erano visibili nelle immagini di Booking.
all'arrivo non avevo ricevuto i codici di accesso, a quanto pare non avevano ricevuto correttamente il mio documento ma nessuno me lo aveva segnalato, la prenotazione diceva tutto ok.
Non è stata eseguita nessuna pulizia giornaliera della camera.

Cons:

arredamento minimalista, mancavano dei cuscini, e mancanza di empatia e reattività alle esigenze del cliente.

Netter Aufenthalt in einer kleinen Stadt
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer , nett eingerichtet, nahe am Zentrum. Hat prima geklappt mit der Übermittlung des Codes und auch die Anwendung lief perfekt

Dass kein Aufzug da war, mein Koffer war schwer

Apartment was clean, cosy, close to center of town, geographically close to Slovenia etc

Cons:

The code was incorrect to get in the building, so I rang customer service and when I asked them to stay on the line for 30 seconds so we could be sure the room code was correct, I had the feeling it was not appreciated/somehow that we were distracting the colleague from other business/that we were very annoying. If the front door code was given to us incorrect, it's right that we are concerned about the next code.

The apartment still has a lot of signs from Corona 2020 advising about those hygiene and distancing practices, felt a bit like stepping back in time.

Sher schönes neues Appartement in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Super Lage an der Drau - sehr geräumiges Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Ob`s in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird, weiß ich nicht mehr.... aber wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und die Stufen in den zweiten Stock ganz schön hoch sind....
