Lyginant lokaciją, kokybę ir kainą - tikrai geras pasirinkimas.
Pros:

Rami vieta, nėra gatvės triukšmo ar miesto šurmlio.
Privatus balkonas.
Nors visa patalpa - viena erdvė, bet atskirai esanti miegojimo vieta leido vaikams susikurti savo asmeninę erdvę, "pabėgti " nuo tėvų.

Cons:

Parkavimo vietą surasti buvo šiek tiek sunkiau - aplink įstaigos, vartai ir ženklai "neužstatyti įvažiavimo".
Siaura gatvė, du automobiliai neprasilenkia, reikia įsivertinti, kas kam duos kelią.
Reikia generalinio valymo virtuvės erdvėje.
Nuleidžiami laipteliai neatrodo patikimi, bet mano 110kg svorį atlaikė.
