Pros:

The location was fabulous, staff on the phone and at the site were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was amazing . We only stayed for one night and didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities but it looked like there would be everything you need for a longer stay.

Cons:

There was a balcony but not much of a view which is to be expected from a city apartment x

Está bien ubicado, céntrico, muy limpio, las camas súper cómodas y muy amable el personal. Resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y siempre responden a todo, tanto durante la estancia como con anterioridad. Repetiremos.

Cons:

Igual de lo único que puedo decir algo negativo es que la puerta de la entrada al edificio se atasca un poco, pero me imagino que con tanta humedad ambiental que hay en Alicante es normal, por lo demás todo perfecto.

good location, very good communication with the owner via booking, plenty restaurant nearby, close to the beach.

Cons:

Boiler in our apartment stopped working. We had a very good communication via booking regarding this issue and it was resolved but it would be useful to get this info ahead arriving.

Únicamente la ubicación

Cons:

Las instalaciones pésimas. Hemos tenido que dormir con la puerta abierta porque la cerradura estaba rota, los asientos de la terraza estaban rotos, el tostador en cuanto se enchufaba saltaba la luz, sábanas con grasa. Baño con lechada negra, el cabecero de la cama totalmente despostillado, el perfil de transición del suelo y baño inexistente, no tenían cortinas las ventanas ni persianas

Toaster doesn’t work, triggered the electricity every time I’d try to use it.
Kettle wasn’t working, had to hold the button for it to boil water.
