Its a lovely place to stay despite horrible previous reviews.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable, and well‑located. Despite being on a main road with a Tabac and bar downstairs, the area stayed generally quiet, with only occasional World Cup excitement. Public transport was close by, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The host was excellent—quick to respond, very helpful, and proactive in fixing the cooker with a brand‑new replacement. Overall, it was a budget‑friendly and convenient stay, especially for colleagues sharing costs with the bunk‑bed setup.

Cons:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant visit. A couple of small additions like an electric blender for making fresh juices or condiments, and a smaller pot for quick meals—would make the kitchen even more convenient. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay and easy to feel at home.
