Tolle Residenz mit großzügiger und gut ausgestatteter Anlage. Toller Pool(s), Kinderspielplatz, schöner Garten, vorhandene Tiefgarage, Terrasse usw.

Cons:

die Tiefgarage könnte man wesentlich besser beleuchten. Sonst ist wirklich alles toll.

Porto Azzurro in autunno.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Elba Vip per una settimana dal 18 al 25 iottobre 2025. Ci è piaciuta la struttura come è tenuta e curata, la disponibilità dei gestori, il luogo dove la struttura è ubicata, in una posizione riservata ma ad appena 400 metri circa dal porto e dal centro di Porto Azzurro. Ci è piaciuta la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi la GTE, la Grande traversata elbana, e di percorrere un tratto. Consigliamo a tutti la struttura.
