Expected a good stay but lack of internet/ wifi in the rooms makes it so boring
Pros:

Staff were friendly and approachable. Clean and spacious rooms but the facilities provided was totally inadequate. You can't make a tea or coffee in your room as you would need to go elsewhere for the milk.

Cons:

Breakfast is a nightmare! Repetitive and limited choice of food. Tea or coffee is on the demand. And meals are sometimes lukewarm. They need ro improve on the menu and restaurant staff are just gossiping away. No help or assistance when one actually needs it

Pros:

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und habe dort insgesamt 17 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Ich bin wieder einmal rundum begeistert. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und hat meinen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt darauf, in den kommenden Jahren wiederzukommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

مكان إقامة استثنائي ورائع بكل المقاييس ، اتوفقت في اختياره والحمدلله ، غرف نظيفة ووسيعة وأثاث نظيف ، وإطلالة جميلة ع المسبح ، مع شرفة وجلسة مطلة بالكامل ع المطعم والمسبح والحديقة ، وموقع جميل بالقرب من اغلب الخدمات الأساسية ( مسجد - بقالة - مغسلة - وايضاً المطار ) ، حجزته لمدة يوم ، لكن بسبب جمالية المكان وطاقم العمل الخلوق ، مددت فيه لمدة 3 او 4 ايام ، طبعاً من وقت وصولي لحد خروجي من الفندق وأنا محاط بفريق رائع وبشوش ، والابتسامة ما تفارقهم ، والمبادرة والروح الطيبة تستقبلك في كل وقت وفي كل مكان داخل الفندق، افضل مكان حجزته وارتحت فيه برحلتي لمصر من الشمال للجنوب، وطبعا حيكون اختياري الأول في كل مرة بدون تردد ، حتى الطعم الموجود بالفندق ممتاز اخذت عشاء من عندهم كان ممتاز مع جلسة ع المسبح وسط الحديقة بأجواء رائعة ...... وفي الختام احب أشكر فريق العمل وعلى رأسهم أ. شريف وجميع طاقم العمل والضيافة وموظفي الاستقبال ، وفي موظفة ما اعرف اسمها بس تستحق الشكر لأخلاقها وأدبها وبرضو لانها اتفهمت وضعي في الخروج المتأخر بعض الشيء، وما قصرت معايا .

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and a great place to relax. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and professional, always happy to help and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.
