Clean room with calm conditions

Pros:

Spa inside .staff is very very friendly

Cons:

The room was feeling like smocking . Everywhere in hotel I felt like it’s for smocking - in all Egypt probably like this. In breakfast it was many Egyptian talking loudly -not hotel guests .

Pros:

La habitación era grande y cómoda

Cons:

El wifi no funcionaba. Además, están a 2 km del aeropuerto pero no ofrecen traslado, deberían sumarlo ya que es muy difícil moverse en hurgada. El desayuno no es bueno, y el personal no habla inglés.

Pros:

Super nah zum Flughafen gelegen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Insbesondere Mahmoud am Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich wurde am Folgetag nach der Check-out Zeit abgeholt und er hat sofort angeboten, dass ich das Zimmer etwas länger nutzen darf.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommener Zimmereinrichtung. Das Frühstück war für ein/zwei Nächte ok, für länger aber deutlich zu wenig Auswahl und nicht besonders ansprechend.

Convenient for a short stay near the airport.
Pros:

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. Mahmoud received us with a big smile and made sure everything was ok. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The pool is nice with clean and refreshing water. There is a restaurant by the pool with good food and service as well.

Cons:

The breakfast could be greatly improved and the Wifi connection is also not very good.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank Merna and Fibronia from the reception team for their exceptional support, kindness, and professionalism throughout my visit. They were always welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and hospitality truly made my experience much more enjoyable. I was desperate to find a room in hurghada till my next flight and the staff was amazing .. everything went smoothly in a short time through emails
