Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank Merna and Fibronia from the reception team for their exceptional support, kindness, and professionalism throughout my visit. They were always welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and hospitality truly made my experience much more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back again!

I was desperate to find a room in hurghada till my next flight and the staff was amazing .. everything went smoothly in a short time through emails

Pros:

Staff was super helpful, we left our luggage for a whole day even after checkout as we were looking for another place due to our plans and they were super helpful.

Bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast options were quite limited and constructions in the hotel made it a bit less attractive but it didn't ruin the stay.
