فمدق جميل وهادئ وفي مكان قريب من كل شيء (شارع تقيبم، برج غلاتا، الاسواق، المطاعم…)

Pros:

Расположение недалеко от площади Таксим.
Рядом продуктовые магазинчики и кафешки, общественный транспорт. Приветливые хозяева. Балкончик выходящий в тенистый дворик.

Cons:

Весьма поверхностная уборка номера. Очень пыльно , грязные стены, выключатели и тп. В санузле постоянный неприятный запах , не смотря на наличие вытяжки .Требуется генеральная тщательная уборка и даже ремонт. Наш номер был на 4-м этаже , на этажах ниже номера были в лучшем состоянии

Очень хороший вариант по соотношению цена-качество. До метро Taksim 10 минут пешком, улочка колоритная, кафе для завтрака в 50 метрах. Очень чисто. Отель после косметического ремонта

Cons:

Шумно на улице, но это уже особенность района

Istanbul ti rimane nel cuore.
Pros:

La posizione a due passi da Taxim. L'appartamento carino per quello che ho pagato il soggiorno. La signora delle pulizie attenta a ogni mia richiesta. A prima vista il quartiere poteva sembrare poco sicuro invece era solo un impressione

Cons:

Io ero al quarto piano e anche con le finestre sembrava di avere le persone in casa. Non un grosso problema perché ad una certa ora tutto si taceva. Personale alla reception poco empatici e di poche parole. Forse però il problema potrebbe essere stato mio perché hanno capito che non parlavo molto bene l'inglese. Poi più attenzione alla manutenzione degli arredi, un giorno mi è rimasta in mano la mezza porta della doccia 🤣🤣🤣🤣 che poi ho provveduto a sistemare.

Extremely close to taxim square, 3 min walk. You have 3 supermarkets right in front of entrance so getting some groceries is no problem.

Pros:

location next to taxim square, all the main shops and restaurants and transport are five mins walk away.

Cons:

was not clean shower head was broken poor cooking facilities. shower not clean, for the first few days it was o.k no noise then work men builders were working right opposite sometimes working into the next morning terrible. So not much sleep was achieved at my stay here and there was no mention of it prior to booking disappointed.

Fantastico
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, la amabilidad, la disposición para ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos. A ultimo momento decidimos cambiar la fecha (que en vez de 2 noches, fuera solo 1) y no hubo ningún problema. Y al dia siguiente le preguntamos si podíamos dejar las mochilas mientras paseamos y tampoco hubo problema. Hay cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Recomiendo este lugar sin duda alguna.

Not true to the pictures and descriptions as advertised
Pros:

No hot water (after the first day they came and fixed it)

Wi-Fi connection constantly disconnecting

Broken toilet

Balcony door damaged and held together with rubber

Only one towel (in the first two days), one mug, one spoon provided - do not except a well-equipped kitchen, cooking is not really possible.

With fast charger my phone needs 6 hours to charge with the outlets here

Not the accomodation's fault, but there was construction right across the street and it was going late at night and early in the morning as well, the doors/windows were not sound proof at all.

elegant, and helpful beyond words. She
never hesitated to help us and was always
there for anything we needed, at any time,
with a warm smile, patience, and genuine
kindness. Her attention to detail, the
cleanliness of the place, and her lovely
attitude made us feel at home rather than
staying in a hotel.

Matress is awful, needs to be replaced.

Olcsó szallas a belvárosban, minden könnyen elérhető busszal es metróval, a taksim ter 5 perc gyalog.
Fürdő, konyha kiváló, a szállásado nagyon kedves.
