Fantastic place to stay to enjoy all Broadbeach has to offer!
Pros:

Location is amazing, close to everything you could ask for! The building is older but our room has been renovated and had a great view!

The room was clean and presentable. Well located, close to shops and restaurants.

Our room was a superior room located on the first floor, we understand that the room was renovated, but didn't think we would have to contact them and ask for a higher level. The minute we stepped out of the elevator all we could smell was cigarettes, and on our balcony. There is a NO smoking policy. Our room had no fly or security screens, so we hadcto keep the glass doors closed to keep the bugs out.the 3 fans may as well not have worked as they were so slow. Air conditioner did not go into the bedroom therefore the room was very hot. Would not like to be there in summer, as November was bad enough. The kitchen tap was loose,

Very comfortable, pleasant and definitely relaxing.
Pros:

Very handy location with just a short walk one block to the Oasis Shopping Centre. We had a garden/pool view apartment which was peaceful and pleasant outlook from the patio.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom/laundry room was not working (if there was one). This meant it did not air well and was a bit musty.

Disappointing for the cost.
Pros:

The location, the view and the beach were what we liked.

Cons:

The apartment was tired, run down and the bathroom particularly was not clean - mould in the shower was unacceptable. The tiled floors could be cleaner - needed mopping or steam mopping.
