Hard to relax when they force a presentation on you
Pros:

Room was nice.

Cons:

Lift had problems. Reception staff tried to force me to go to a presentation every time I saw her... very uncomfortable. Not on the beach. Cafe staff did not seem happy. Parking was tight.

Enjoyable family time and a great location.
Pros:

The location is great. There are lots of activities if you have a young family.

Cons:

I didn't like being on a low floor, which always seems to be allocated. I also don't like having to deal with the sales team when checking in. I don't want to attend a presentation on Wyndham, if I did I would enquire about it.

A great family resort that is close to the beach but also has a great pool and amenities
Pros:

The location was excellent, the pool and hot tub were heated and that was awesome. Parking was great and the room clean and well equipped

The hard sell on the time share meeting

East access into lift and carpark, loved the welcoming drink and tour from host
Pros:

The activities that were inclusive. Customer service, and easy access to everything

Cons:

There was several strands of hair in the bathroom upon arrival. Only noticed when we got in to turn the shower on.

great hotel for families
Pros:

room comfort, location to the beach and retail/ food areas, onsite restaurant, mini golf course
