Pros:

Das Appartement war sehr schön, modern und sauber! Wirklich toll!!!
Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das fanden wir besonders praktisch. Die Aussicht und die Terrasse sind auch super.

Cons:

Das Haus liegt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße (wenn man über Annaberg fährt, kommt gleich nach einer Kehre). Vor dem Haus war es sehr laut. Im Apartment selbst hat man mit geschlossenen Fenstern kaum davon etwas gehört. Da es aber ein sehr heißes Wochenende war und das Haus sich sehr stark aufgeheizt hat, konnten wir nur mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Daher hat man bis spät am Abend und ab ca. 5 Uhr die vorbeifahrenden Autos wahrgenommen.
Außerdem liegt das Haus auf einem Berg. Es gibt bestimmt auch einen Wanderweg nach Mitterbach. Aber da wir dort mit einem Kleinkind und einer schwangeren Frau waren, waren wir immer auf ein Auto angewiesen. Das war dieses Mal für uns persönlich okay, könnte aber für andere Gäste relevant sein.
Da es keine Rollläden an den Fenstern gibt, war es auch ziemlich früh hell im Zimmer

wunderbare Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Raumaufteilung, Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kaffee und Sahne bzw. Tee, Obst und Schokolade

Es sollte schon bei der Buchung klar sein, dass der private Wellnessbereich nur gegen einen zusätzlichen Aufpreis verfügbar ist.

Pros:

The location, the view, the garden, the terrace. Each room has its own bathroom.

Cons:

There is a spa in the apartment but in order to use it, you have to pay like using it every day of your stay- we spent summer holiday there, 7 days, and we would love to use it 1-2x but it makes no sense to pay for 7 days.
We had breakfast delivery every day- it was fine, but every day was the same and we missed fruits, vegetables, yogurt.
