Comfortable to work, eat and sleep in.
Pros:

Nice decor, friendly host, good central location

Cons:

Sadly it would seem that someone smoked in it prior to my stay but host came with air freshener promptly.
A internal lock on the door would make solo traveller feel safer.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful heritage property in Nottingham.
Pros:

The property is beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated and in a great historical location. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the layout of the suite. The property is situated just behind a church which has been converted into a Pitcher and Piano wine bar/pub which had a great atmosphere and the food was nice. Our suite was very quiet, despite the central location and proximity to the pub.

Cons:

We were not notified that this particular suite was down two flights of stairs. We were not able to carry our large luggage down these stairs and had to store them overnight in our car instead, which was not ideal. This made the stay quite impractical for international travellers. I would suggest that this accommodation suits guests travelling with hand luggage only.

Great apartment to relax and excellent location to enjoy what Nottingham has to offer!
Pros:

The location was great and easy to get about. The layout of the apartment was fab and clean. The air con was great too!

Cons:

No mirror in the bedroom. It would have been ideal to have a mirror by the dresser table/stool. The bedroom window does not open.

Lack of contact for lost property
Pros:

The apartment itself is lovely, right in the middle of the city and easy to access.

Cons:

It was generally clean but still had shower gel from a previous guest up the tiles in the shower, all the glasses were dirty with lipstick marks etc. and the decking in the balcony was also broken.
It was generally quiet in the day but as it is directly behind Pitcher and Piano and we stayed on a Saturday, the music was thumping loud until 1.30am.
I did also leave my headphones in the apartment and I have contacted them and noone is coming back to me or acknowledging my messages.
Wouldn't return unfortunately.

Good for a couple , not a family of 3
Pros:

It was a great location and clean and tidy

Cons:

It was advertised as suitable for a family of 3. The main bed was quite small but bearable but the sofa bed was not really even suitable for a dog to sleep on. We didnt stay here in the end as my daughter would have been so uncomfortable. Suitable for a couple for sure , not for a family. They refunded without argument though.
