Aspaces Serviced Apartments - Vinhomes West Point

Our stay at this property was unfortunately quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. The entrance was extremely difficult to find, and there were very limited instructions provided on how to access the building. There was no clear signage indicating that reception was on Level 5, and to make matters worse, you couldn’t even access that level without a fingerprint/keycard, which made the whole arrival process confusing and frustrating.

One small positive was that we were allowed to check in about 30 minutes early, which we appreciated. However, this was quickly overshadowed when staff initially tried to allocate us a two-bedroom apartment despite us having booked a three-bedroom one.

Upon entering the room, it was very outdated and did not match the photos advertised online. The furniture was particularly disappointing—the beds and couch felt like hard wooden boxes, making it extremely uncomfortable. We barely slept for four nights, as it honestly felt like lying on a hardwood floor. The only modern feature in the apartment was the combined washer-dryer machine.

The kitchen facilities were also inadequate for our group. Despite there being four of us, we were only provided with two sets of cutlery, bowls, and basic kitchen items, which was very inconvenient and poorly thought out.

The one standout feature of the room was the excellent shower pressure, which was genuinely good.

As for the facilities, the pool had a lifeguard on duty, which is a plus for less confident swimmers. However, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, as it seemed to be primarily used by locals for exercise, making it feel like guests couldn’t properly relax or enjoy the space. The playground area was decent and one of the few enjoyable aspects.

The location was another major downside. Despite being only about 7 km from central Hanoi, it consistently took 40–50 minutes to get there, which was very inconvenient and unexpected.

The room was basic but clean and served its purpose.

Great apartment for families! There was an outside playground which my kids loved and we didn’t even know about it before booking it. There was also a pool but we didn’t use it! The apartment was great however kitchen could be better equipped.

Un hotel donde reina la tranquilidad, se descansa muy bien y sin ruidos y lejos de la ciudad. Me gustó la seguridad que tiene el complejo, ya que es un área residencial también.
Hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en el primer nivel del edificio. Nuestro apartamento estuvo bastante bien equipado, y el área de juegos para niños es muy bonita y bien cuidada. Y el desayuno estuvo bueno. Muy bueno para ir con niños.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ca 30 min Grab fahrt von der Altstadt entfernt, was ca 90-100k kostet👍🏻 um das Hotel rum gibt es einen Circle K, mehrere Minimarket und Restaurants, Cafés und sogar Apotheken. Also alles was man so braucht 👍🏻
