Лесно настаняване, ясни инструкции, собственика е отзивчив, локацията е комуникативна, лесен достъп до различни точки, удобен матрак, всичко необходимо за кратък престой.

Cons:

Имаше нужда от малко повече консумативи, като тоалетни принадлежности, терасата можеше да е малко по-добре почистена, теча в банята не беше отстранен, малкия душ също има нужда от поправка. Предполагам, че това ще се коригира и следващият път всичко ще е наред, както е било до сега.

Great apartment, with balcony and good location

The place is very spacious and comfortable. Also the location is good, there are many stores and some restaurants nearby and the city center is just 15 minutes away with a car.

Locatie accesibila pentru tranzit sau pentru vizitat Sofia.
Pros:

Apartamentele se afla intr-un bloc amplasat la strada, unde exista multe magazine, supermarchet-uri, locuri unde poti manca (conform poze). Exista parcare subterana contra cost, ceea ce constituie un mare avantaj.

Cons:

Am mai inchiriat 3 apartamente in 2022, cand totul era nou si stralucea de curatenie. Arunci ni s-a oferit cafea, apa pentru prima zi de sedere. Acum am gasit aceleasi lenjerii care sunt uzate si ar trebui inlocuite. Fotoliile, canapelele sunt foarte patate. Curatenia este indoielnica: dulapurile de bucatarie si vasele erau murdare, in baie nu era foarte curat, atat frigiderul cat si sertarele dulapurilor nu erau igienizate, terasele erau prafuite, neingrijite. In bucatarie erau diverse produse , resturi probabil de la alti turisti care ar fi trebuit aruncate. Nici blocul nu este foarte îngrijit: era murdar in lift, pe holuri, spațiile exterioare nu erau amenajate. Daca s-ar acorda mai multa atenție curățeniei si ar fi inlocuite lenjeriile, locatia ar fi perfecta. Unul dintre apartamente este amplasat vis-a-vis de un bloc in constructie si era foarte multa galagie intreaga zi.
