Terrible experience
Cons:

My teenagers, age 18 & 16 were met by very rude staff member who them told that they were fully booked despite seeing our reservation through booking.com. No alternatives offered, no helping to find somewhere else. They were turned away 8pm with nowhere else to go in a foreign country.

Struttura gestita da personale molto efficiente. cortese e alla mano.
Monolocale molto ampio e luminoso nonostante fosse nel sottotetto.
Biancheria letto e bagno pulita e in ordine.
Parcheggio auto comodo, vicinissimo alla fermata del bus di linea.
Supermercato e panetteria raggiungibili a piedi.

Cons:

Nell'insieme, struttura un po' datata: pavimenti in legno e letti scricchiolavano rumorosamente, letto "imbarcato" verso il centro.
Mancanza di detersivi, strofinacci ed ingredienti-base per la cucina. Set di pentole disponibile non ottimale.

Pros:

The picture and address shown here is outside picture of there other property. They took us to there other property which was not that great, there was no kitchen towel, kitchen scrub etc to clean, there was already some waste in the bin one sofa bed and 2 single bed not value for money. Staff was good but there was language problem. One good point they extended us parking space

Check-in hat nicht gut geklappt, es wusste niemand Bescheid und das Personal hat nur Ukrainisch gesprochen.

Minimal per poche notti, posizione top
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, c'è una fermata del bus vicina alla Residenza e c'è un parcheggio interno. Villabassa poi è centrale rispetto alla Val Pusteria ed è comoda per spostarsi. CHIEDETE IL PASS DEI MEZZI Sudtirol, che è compreso nella tassa di soggiorno. La nostra stanza era spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale vero, comodo e con lenzuola pulite. Tavolo con 4 sedie e cucinino funzionale con posate, piatti, bicchieri e qualche pentola. Induzione e frigo con cella freezer. Asciugamani e asciugacapelli presenti, con saponette e shampoo. TV collegata.

Cons:

Mancano alcune cose essenziali, es. un bollitore o pentolino per scaldare latte/tè sarebbe il minimo. Se si capita nelle camere con divano letto, il materasso è molto scomodo. Lo staff parla principalmente inglese o russo. Non rilasciano la tassa dei bus di default ma digitale su richiesta (cortesi e veloci comunque nel fornirla)

ich sollte das Zimmer bei Ankunft in cash bezahlen (war schon über BOOKING vorab bezahlt), eventuell Kommunikationsproblem wegen Sprachbarriere?

Non bisogna sfruttare le bellezze naturali per spennare i turisti

Prezzo troppo alto rispetto alla qualità offerta.
Un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 2 notti con 5 persone mi sembra un po' poco a fronte di 480 euro pagati.
Letti scomodi (su 7 posti letto, 4 erano ricavati da divano letto ormai sfondati).
Bagno non adatto al numero di posti offerti.
Termosifone perde acqua seppur spento.

Pros:

A great apartment in Villabassa - a nice and quiet town in the skirts of the Dolomites. The apartment is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, it also has a small kitchen box. The owner is very friendly and kind. There are several small shops and restaurants in the city.
