Pros:

Realmente llegamos y fue la casa del terror. Nos tuvimos que ir por el olor a humedad, el lugar no contaba con mas comidas, al irnos ni siquiera nos preguntaron el porqué. Ni les intereso saber nada, para mejorar la estadía o ofrecernos el reembolso. Debimos pagar en otro lugar, con claras diferencias de servicio y preocupándose por el huésped.
Merece un reembolso o un crédito en cuenta de Booking, ya que no se trataba de una promoción ni una oferta

La ubicacion, mejor imposible, y el personal super atentos y haciendo que nuestra estadia sea perfecta!

Cons:

No haber ido a la pileta cubierta, no nos dió el tiempo. Volveremos para probarla !!

la habitacion. estaba separa de otra por una puerta se escuchaba todo todo todo. NO tenia calefaccion.

No me gustó ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. Lo único rescatable era la ubicación. Un lugar viejo, nefasto y desagradable, Sin mantenimiento alguno. Sarro por donde mires, tamaño diminuto, el desayuno un asco, ni hablar del desayuno “SIN TACC” verdaderamente una tomada de pelo. El hidromasaje no se puede ni estar de la mugre que tiene y ni hablar del olor del agua. La pileta mugre donde mires, desde el agua, hasta el piso de la instalación, nisiquiera los vidrios limpian! SE CORTÓ LA LUZ 6 VECES DURANTE LA NOCHE DE NUESTRA ESTADÍA, nunca deseé tanto irme de un lugar como de este. NEFASTO!!! NO VAYAN!!! Tienen una atención pedorra, desde el momento que llegamos tuvimos que avisar por teléfono y nos tuvieron esperando 10 minutos para abrirnos la puerta del “hotel” . NO GASTEN PLATA EN ESTE LUGAR DE MIEFDA!!!

Pros:

La casa es muy comoda y la calefaccion excelente, fuimos en pleno mayo y en ningun momento pasamos frio. Eugenio de recepción un idolo, siempre con la mejor onda y recontra atento.

Cons:

Se corto la luz varias veces y el anafe/hornito para cocinar es electrico, tardamos muchisimo para poder cocinar y dependiamos 100% de la luz.

La ubicación excelente, la validez y la buena atención del personal, el lugar es hermoso y muy cálido.

Cons:

El anafe eléctrico algo deteriorado, se cortó la luz un par de veces pero se solucionó enseguida.
Podría mejorar la acústica ya que retumba todo lo que sucede en la cabaña vecina. O que la gente sea más respetuosa de los horarios de descanso.
