Must pre check-in to get key code to building & room.
Pros:

Good for introverts as you pre check in through the link they send you. They give you a room number & key code before checkin and you are good to go.

Cons:

I didn't know about the pre checkin until I got to the door, yes I got txts previously; but I thought they were spam and deleted them.

Central and convenient location. Comfortable bed and well designed bathroom facilities. All newly renovated

Cons:

It would be great to have a lounge chair in the room. Air conditioner was struggling in the summer heat, but was coping - just.

Good location and room but complex on-line check-in.
Pros:

Right in the middle of Downtown Denver.
Room is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I found the check-in online difficult and irksome. Lots of boxes to fill, some are small and awkward. My credit card was rejected several times. Finally the third card I tried was accepted. I didn't enjoy that stress.
The hotel is unstaffed except for cleaners. I did call the help-line and talk to someone because I needed the entry code quickly and the email hadn't yet arrived after the on-line check-in. That person was helpful but I still don't like poorly designed on-line check-in and unstaffed hotels.

Too cheap for their own good
Cons:

My reservation was lost yet I still had to pay. I never received a text after I made the booking, so when I got to the hotel I called the number on the sign. After spelling my name several times, I was told that they could not find a reservation for me. Given the late hour and the fact I was standing on the sidewalk, I booked a different hotel. My card was still charged, and when I called, they told me I am not eligible for a refund because they can see now that I had a reservation. I eventually received the text the next afternoon. Not sure where the disconnect was, but their lack of ownership will ensure I don't stay in their hotels again.

walk up with bags tough but doable. closeness to union and coors and free bus worth it.
Pros:

Room was good clean. close to union station and 16th street free bus across town walk to coors field. no uber needed

Cons:

It's a 4 story walk up no elevator. be prepared to bring your bags up 4 flights of stairs. No onsite hotel personel. everything done via phone. You get code to enter the building and your room

Unfortunate!
Pros:

The location is convenient and close to Union Station, but unfortunately my stay was very disappointing.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the door code did not work, and because there is no front desk, it was difficult to get immediate assistance. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. In addition, the walls are very thin, and I could clearly hear street traffic and late-night noise from outside.

The combination of the access issues, lack of support, broken A/C, and noise led me to leave around midnight on my first night and book another hotel nearby. I was not provided a refund for the unused nights, although at that point I felt it was worth the extra expense to leave.

it is all right
Pros:

There is no breakfast, and then there is no front desk. It is basically a fully automatic check in and check out, and then the WiFi is not connected, and then almost everything inside has to be charged.But the location is really good.

Cons:

Get the WiFi right, it's easy to connect, and then, um.The main body of the room could use one more lamp , but the room as a whole is still quite dark.
