Would stay there again for sure.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Really warm, friendly and welcoming. It is a 15 Minute walk to the centre of Fira but I loved that it was slightly on the outskirts of the centre. You could have some peace and quiet while still also being able to enjoy the crowds if you wanted to.

Stunning hotel
Pros:

Wow, what an incredible hotel! 😍 The views were absolutely breathtaking, you get the perfect outlook over the caldera and the sunset. The room was spotless, and every staff member was so welcoming and friendly. A huge thank you to Demi for such a warm welcome and for making us feel like part of the family.
Breakfast was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious, one of the highlights of our stay! If you're thinking about staying here, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed. This place is a 10/10! 🌅❤️

Soggiorno nella splendida Santorini che rimarrà nel cuore

Cortesia del personale, organizzazione, posizione camera e hotel, perfetta.
Vista caldera meravigliosa.
Le ragazze alla reception molto disponibili e simpatiche.
Ottima colazione, servita in un atmosfera molto piacevole.
Una nota di merito al Direttore che si è veramente interessato alla nostra recensione riguardo al consiglio di un piccolo miglioramento sulla pulizia. Sono rari gli albergatori che hanno a cuore le opinioni dei propri clienti, e questo dimostra che non sei solo un numero di passaggio, ma che fanno bene il loro lavoro con dedizione ed impegno volendo far stare bene gli ospiti.
Un Hotel con la H maiuscola!
Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Pros:

La vista ESTUPENDA, ubicación buena porque está cerca de tiendas y lugares para comer. La habitación muy limpia con decoración preciosa. Tiene piscina con bar también con vistas impresionantes, seguro repetiré.

Cons:

La zona de desayuno es muy bonita pero cuando da el sol puede hacer mucho calor.

Perfect for our short stopover in Santorini.
Pros:

Brilliant location and staff are super friendly and helpful. Views are probably the best in the Island.. So no need to venture off for a place to watch the sunset!

It made Santorini one trip to remember.
Pros:

Everything! We cannot say enough about Daniela & Demi, D & D, their warmth, generosity, patience, straightforwardness and pure kindness. They say it like it is so you make the right trip decisions and they jump at the chance to help when you need. Yiorgos was so welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was complete and there was always a little homemade treat to add to it.
The property allows you breathtaking views, is so clean with the cleaning staff always smiling.
Firostefani is the best decision between the bustle of Fira (20-25 min most scenic route to Fira) or the tourist packed Oia.

An uncalled for hostility towards paying customers is not good for business whether or not the property is nice or not.

I had to carry my 17kg luggage up 2 flights stairs even though I requested help with it 6 months in advance. I’m pushing 60 years old. I asked about late checkout and early checkout and was scolded and glared at (within hearing distance by other guests) by a man who did not introduce himself but is probably the manager. I didn’t make fuss as I had an appointment but it was quite disconcerting especially since I am there to have a relaxing time. The bathroom is outdated so much so that even if it’s clean it doesn’t look clean. The common pool is small. Closet space is small about 15 inches in width and no shelves. I had to put my clothes on one side of the bed to have some semblance of ‘closet space’ the entire time of my stay.

Pros:

Localização excelente (perto o suficiente de Fira, para uma caminhada breve, mas longe o suficiente para nao ficar na muvuca), uma vista incrível, instalações muito confortáveis, e uma equipe extremamente simpatica (ajudaram a pensar em coisas para fazer, receberam super bem, e ainda deram uma pedra pintada de presente!)

The location was perfect—right on the trail from Fira to Oia. It was an easy, short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés, making it very convenient to grab food or anything else we needed while still enjoying a peaceful setting.

Ótima vista
Pros:

Os funcionários são super simpáticos, prestativos e nos deram várias dicas do que fazer, onde ir, passeios e recomendações. Bom café da manhã, com uma piscina agradável e com uma vista de frente para o mar em que é possível ver o por do sol. A localização também é algo que gostamos, pois está no meio do caminho para Fira, fácil acesso ao centro de Santorini (caminhada de uns 13 minutos) e também para o caminho de Fira para Oia.
