We had a fabulous stay and it was a wonderful location
Pros:

Loved the location: we just stepped out of the building to multiple restaurants, a convenience store and Aldi right up the road. The staff was attentive and had someone available 24 hours a day

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment. Just not the usual Portuguese kindness of staff

Fantastic location, lovely pool and garden area, comfortable and nicely decorated apartment.

Cons:

Previous recommendations talked about great staff but perhaps there have been some changes. We did not find the staff to be kind or friendly. For example we arrived at 8:30am from an early flight and left our suitcases in reception. We came back at 3.10pm kids very tired, hoping our room could be ready. They said that checkin was 4pm and we could not have our room. As housekeeping were still working on it. We waited at pool area and no one came in or out of our room which is one where the door accesses pool area directly, so the housekeeping working on it was not true. Not sure why they could not let us into the room at 3.10pm.

Great apartments with gorgeous courtyard pool area
Pros:

A good location given the fact that it is steps from the main areas but also relatively quiet. Love the courtyard pool area where we met friends and lazed away the afternoons after a busy day sightseeing. Great staff and large rooms.

Cons:

We had an issue with our apartment but it was minor and we were offered another room but declined. Staff were very accommodating and responsive. A bit of street noise at random times in the night. Also once we had to wait 3 mins before the door was opened to get inside the complex but love the fact that they are there 24/7 from a security point of view. Slight smell in bathroom drains. Don’t really like the concept of the bond in cash but it’s not a big issue.

Great location, fantastic staff, very safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location for exploring Lisbon, the pool provides a great break from the heat and city.
The staff are fantastic, great communication and very helpful. Secure onsite car parking is a big bonus.

Estudio cómodo, con funcionamiento como hotel,todo tenía cargo extra. Tiene un lindo patio interno para descansar con pileta.Excelente atención del personal

No me gustó que nos cobrarán 100 E de fianza que devolvieron al salir...implica una desconfianza que no vimos en ningún departamento en Portugal. Estuvimos 6 noches, no nos cambiaron toallas tenía cargo extra. Lo más desagradable fue tener una habitación a la calle con balcón que no podíamos abrir porque había dos obras gigantescas adelante, ruido y polvo.No nos dieron la opción en forma anticipada de cambiar de habitación... O de elegir otro lugar para alojarnos.

Our three day visit was great. Location is perfect. Pool was an added bonus. The studios we had were a great size with a nice bathroom, good shower.

Pros:

En superkoslig bakhage med bassengområdet. Tilgjengelig og hjelpsomt personale. Veldig bra AC. Super beliggenhet og nærhet til butikk. Likte veldig godt muligheten med eget kjøkken og kjøleskap.
