We loved the staff, we felt welcomed the moment we stept in. Also the bathroom was really big even though the room was quite small which was lovely.
Overall everything we needed for a short stay was there.

personnel gentil et à l'écoute, les chambre sont très bien. L'intérieur est très beau et cosy. Nous avons passé un bon week-end et le métro est juste à coté.
C'est surprenant l'entrée n'est qu'une porte, pas très visible maigres la panneau au dessus. L'hôtel est dans un quartier assez sale mais ce n'est pas forcément dérangeant, le métro est a 100m.
The room seemed clean and tidy. The staff at the reception was friendly. For the price the hotel room was fairly okay but honestly nothing special.
There was a window but very complicated to open. But then again the street was too loud anyway. I tried using the aircon over night but that one didn't really work and was relatively loud. I had a fly in my room. It was a bit annoying.

Excellent value for money. Good central location with underground stations a stones throw. Clean and well presented room. Will be in London soon and will look to book again
No tea or coffee was provided which was a minor inconvenience. An information file/booklet would help. I e, recommend local places to eat and drink.

La ubicación
O alojamento é próximo da estação de metro e foi a segunda vez que ficamos porque tivemos uma boa experiência na primeira estadia.
Desta vez, não correu bem. Colocaram-nos num quarto mais degradado e com problemas de ruído do ar condicionado que não vinha do próprio quarto mas sim das condutas gerais do hotel. Quando comunicado na receção o problema referiram que já sabiam da existência. Porque é que continuam a atribuir o respetivo quarto aos hóspedes sem resolver? Não souberam responder. Não haviam mais quartos disponíveis e não foi possível alterarmos. Os funcionários não deram mais nenhuma opção nem se dirigiram ao local para procurar soluções. Simplesmente ignoraram o problema. No entanto, foram duas noites que não conseguimos dormir com o ruído ensurdecedor. Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia porque gostamos da relação qualidade preço da primeira vez e decidimos repetir. A verdade é que tivemos azar no quarto que nos calhou. Mas é nas dificuldades que se vê a qualidade dos alojamentos e neste caso, em caso de problemas, a qualidade foi medíocre.
L’hôtel est équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut et le personnel est aimable
À mon arrivé la Clim était vraiment trop froide, j’ai dû mettre le chauffage alors qu’il faisait 35 degrés dehors…
L’emplacement est idéal par rapport a Londres mais le quartier pourrait être mieux, beaucoup de petites épiceries, avec parfois des gens devant c’est pas forcément agréable à traverser mais c’est un quartier sécurisé.
Enfin la chambre pourrait être un peu plus propre, il y avais une tache sur le draps, quelques cheveux, et un peu de poussière…
Globalement une bonne expérience mais ça pourrait être mieux, je recommande quand même.

Czyste pokoje i bardzo schludne, cena robi robotę, żeby dostać się do centrum ( big Ben) takie 20/30 minut jazdy metrem
Trochę daleko wszędzie, ale metro znacznie obniża ten czas
