Helpful Hotel Staff
Pros:

After a lovely experience in the hotel. They kindly informed me of an item I left behind which I thought was really nice. Thank you to Nazir and the security team! I was able to arrange delivery to pick up from the hotel and back to my house so I am really grateful for that

Best Hotel in South Kensington
Pros:

The Other House South Kensington is the perfect home away from home for visiting guests. I always have friends and family stay there knowing they will be well looked after. The accommodations are lovely and the staff are kind, knowledgeable and professional. The location is also perfect to see the best that South Kensington and Chelsea have to offer. As well as being super close to the tube to easily explore other wonderful parts of London! I highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay and staff!
Pros:

Fabulous experience from check in to check out. Reception staff Nazir and Ottavia were amazing. The bar staff (sorry don’t remember names) were also so so accommodating and helpful. Room was great, pool and sauna too. Our biggest regret and surprise was being told the hotel was being refurbished and would be closed for a while. Gutted as we had already planned on returning. The Defoe and ambience were spot on as was the wonderful smell. A fabulous stay made even better by fabulous staff - such a rarity these days.

Exactly what I wanted.
Pros:

It’s centrally located to the tube and restaurants, and it has its own restaurant with amazing coffee and food. Rooms are quiet, air con works well.
