Perfect surprise
Pros:

Beautiful design. The room was perfect. The kitchen fantastic and fully equipped. The facilities: bar, club, hum and pool are top notch.

Cons:

Fake garlands in the entry. Cheapens the place. Keep it classy. Inside everything is in great taste.

Excellent location, superb facilities, would recommend
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff at check in were friendly and quick.
Had access to the pool however did not use on this occasion
Room was clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and the shower was superb

Superb stay in up market apartment hotel central London that’s stylish, quiet & safe - highly recommend!

Stayed here many times it’s my favourite place to stay in London with my partner & a real treat. V central location, v easy transport links, exceptional furnishings & fittings. Staff went above & beyond to help celebrate my partners birthday giving me early check in & a bottle of fizz & they had decorated the rooms with balloons! Above & beyond & one of the reasons we keep coming back! 😊

Pros:

Nice location, quiet; near trains… and short walk to museums. Fun bar; indoor pool & fitness room

Perfect place to stay while in London!
Pros:

This is the perfect place to stay in London. Close to 2 Tube stations, it provides excellent customer service. We were a group of 9 rooms, and check-in was a breeze, the bar staff were very welcoming even when we kind of took over the bar space, and everyone enjoyed having a kitchenette in their rooms.

We loved everything about this hotel

Disappointed in the customer service response
Pros:

We liked the welcome & location.

The hotel facilities were nice

Cons:

Our room bins were not emptied so we were greeted with the previous customers rubbish, we also had squeaking the whole night which interrupted our sleep. When emailing after regarding this and some other issues, the response was disappointing & left us more unsatisfied.

Pros:

All in all a pleasure to stay at The Other House. The interior is very well executed, with som extremely nice rooms. I might very well return here.

Cons:

The rooms, as tradittional, are much smaller than comes across in the pictures used on the web site.
Closing time for the restaurant felt a little early. We ended up eating out when we would otherwise have eaten in.

It was a birthday weekend and the hotel had decorated the room with balloons and Prosecco. It was such a lovely surprise, such a nice touch

Beautiful, unique hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

This property is in South Kensington and close to many sights we wished to visit. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. There is a tube station (Gloucester station) about a block and a half away. Just going out of the hotel the area is lovely and we felt very comfortable walking around.
The property itself was beautiful and a very nice difference to all of the cookie cutter hotels. Beautiful vibrant colors. We had a club original which gave us a small sitting area with a sofa, chair and coffee table. There was a stocked kitchenette but we did not use anything there (vacation!) but available as needed. The bedroom was separated by an art feature type of half wall and had a very comfortable bed and 2 closets. The bathroom had the typical amenities. The space was perfectly clean and we enjoyed our time there. We were on the side of the building on the first floor and there is a grade school next door. We could hear the children at recess but it in no way bothered us, in fact, we found it enchanting. The room was very quiet in the evenings.

The staff were a joy to work with. Always welcoming and helpful. We ate at the cafe once and the food was very good.

Cons:

There is nothing about this property or our stay that we didn’t like.
