Solicité habitaciones para 3 personas y en la habitación solo había 1 cama y 1 sofá muy pequeño que la otra persona no cabía en el, escribí al chat de whatsapp solicitando cambio de habitación pero nunca dieron respuesta y terminamos durmiendo los 3 en la cama, la habitación decía con aire acondicionado y la sorpresa fue que solo había un ventilador que sonaba muy duro, lo informe y tampoco obtuve respuesta en la línea de whatsapp.
La puerta de la ducha no cerraba y el agua se salía al momento de bañarnos.

Estaba limpio y el personal atento la vista espectacular comodidad en cuanto a el espacio y los clóset

La cama muy incómodo el mattress y cuando uno se movía hacía mucho ruido la cama y el mattress finito otra cosa el ruido de afuera todo se escucha de la calles los carros al pasar y el aire estaba ahí mismo y se escushaba ese ruido también

Que la habitación tenía pelos, olía feo, se inundó de agua, se me mojo toda la ropa, se me daño el computador que lo puse en el piso y el agua lo daño........pedí la devolución de mi dinero haciendo el chec out al 3 día por lo que acabo de explicar y aun asi se quedaron con todo el dinero del pago del mes. Son unos deshonestos, que aun teniendo un servicio pésimo se quedan con el dinero. Extrañe que booking esta vez se labo las manos permitiendo estas situaciones con gente que da tan pésimo servicio y para mi estafa, roba por ponerlo en términos fuertes. Asi me sentí estafado robado......

Room 1111 needs some repairs. It also needs to include all what they offer. Very good location.

Room 1111 did not have a safety box as offered, did not have an electric coffee machine as offered. Floor was in very bad condition and had a serious problem of humidity on the walls.

Cons:

Hace falta en el apartamento específicamente en la sala de estar una persiana o una cortina que aísle un poco el calor , ya que pega todo el sol y se calienta mucho la sala .
El personal del edificio un poco maleducados parece que te estuvieran haciendo un favor , a excepción de las dos señoras de recepción , ellas fueron muy amables .
El spa carísimo te cobran un ojo de la cara por un masaje

Para una estancia de 1 persona es perfecto, pero si en el mismo sitio se quedan 2 personas solo encontré 1cobija y 1 pocillo
