La cocina no está bien equipada, es imposible cocinar con lo que tiene. No hay como hacer café. Se escucha mucho ruido de la calle

The location was excellent and one of the biggest highlights of my stay. It was right in the heart of Laureles, making it easy to walk to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, dental clinics, and just about everything I needed. Having an on-site gym was very important to me, and it met my needs well. I also appreciated having a washing machine inside the unit, which made a longer stay much more convenient and comfortable.
What stood out the most was the customer service. On my first night, I experienced an issue with my payment and was unable to complete it before arriving. While I was communicating with the host and trying to resolve the issue, they allowed me to access the unit and stay the night even though they had not yet received payment. They trusted that I would take care of it the following morning, which I did.
I have traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels and vacation rentals, and I have never had a host extend that level of trust and understanding. To me, that was exceptional customer service and made a very positive first impression.
Another feature I appreciated was that the management company had an office located directly in the building. If I needed assistance, had a question, or required any type of service, I could speak with someone in person rather than relying solely on messages.
The property was exactly as advertised—the photos accurately reflected the unit, and in many ways it actually exceeded my expectations.
I would have liked to see a few more building amenities available to guests. While the gym was great and covered my most important requirement, additional amenities would have made the overall experience even better.

Location was good. The room was comfortable. I complained about the broken floor and I was moved to the next day to another room.

Edificio sin energía durante 6 horas .subimos 12 pisos y sin electricidad . Deberían dar algún descuento por esa incomodidad o algún beneficio. Fue muy incómodo
