La ubicación céntrica, al lado de todos los monumentos y edificios importantes. Estar en una calle peatonal enfrente del río, un paseo muy bonito, acogedor.
La amplitud de la habitación, la decoración, la reforma muy bonita en un edificio antiguo histórico. Había detalles como azucar, sal, y café. El propietario nos dio muchas instrucciones para visitar y de restaurantes.

Cons:

Por decir algo, se salía un poco el agua de la ducha, pero con solo girar al otro lado la alcachofa de la ducha, se controla bien.

Pros:

Totul a fost superb, locația e excepțională pe malul Crișului, la nici 5 minute de centru. Apartamentul arată superb. Ai toate facilitățile de care ai nevoie, patul e super confortabil. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă si ne-a fost de mare ajutor când a fost cazul. Ne-am bucurat din plin de această mică excursie în Oradea. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni!!!

Noi am stat la apartamentul King , la demisol si ne-a plăcut foarte mult racoarea si liniștea. Totul de altfel foarte frumos.

Pentru mine locatia pentru sejur a fost foarte buna.

Gyors és jó a kommunikáció a szállasadóval, könnyű a bejutás. Tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt szállás. Központi helyen van, nagyon jó ár-érték arány.

Cons:

A szomszéd bárból behallatszott a buli (szombat este), azonban ez a kisebbik baj, mert az idővel véget ér. Azonban ami nem szűnik meg, az az, hogy nagyon hangosan nyikorog a hálószobában az ágy, minden egyes mozdulatra, helyzetváltoztatásra. Annyira hangos, hogy többször felébredtem emiatt éjszaka. A füldugó erősen ajánlott, én sajnos otthon hagytam.

Locația, foarte aproape de centru, și felul în care era decorat apartamentul, foarte cozy

Cons:

Chiuveta din baie e plasată foarte incomod, s-a stricat centrala și n-am avut apă caldă și n-ar fi stricatun fier de călcat și o masă pt călcat haine.

Mooi centraal appartement.
Pros:

Mooi appartement, midden in het centrum. Je loopt overal zo heen. Parkeergarage is vlakbij. Er waren wat problemen, maar die zijn naar volle tevredenheid opgelost.

Beautiful high ceilinged apartment. Nicely decorated and very clean. Excellent value for money and super location.

Cons:

The building is under renovation and worked started at 8:30 am just outside the window. Not the fault of the host but still noisy.
