Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, including during the summer period.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees).
The swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

Super professionnalisme du personnel. Très propre et très pratique pour un week-end sur l’île d’Aix.

La situation
L’entretien général des parties communes et des espaces verts.
Le lieux, les équipements, le petit kit d'accueil, le ménage compris dans le prix à l'exception de la cuisine/poubelles, les tables de ping-pong (les tables sont bien placées a labri du vent), le baby-foot, le billard.
Il manquait une théière et l'accueil est très bien avec une cheminée et le baby-foot, billard, mais c'est dommage que ça ne puisse pas être accessible pour des soirées conviviales quand il fait froid, qu'il y a du vent ou qu'il pleut. La cheminée aurait été super allumée ! Et l'accès n'est plus possible à cet espace de jeux et de détente à partir de 19h, dommage !

dépaysement de la vie sur une ile : calme, pas de voiture
Absence de mobilier pour ranger les denrées alimentaires qui ne se mettent pas au frigo. Espace sanitaire (WC) trop petit, dangereux en cas de malaise, ouverture de porte vers l'intérieur : si une personne fait un malaise, il est impossible d'accéder au WC pour porter secours, seule solution, défoncer la porte à la hache de sapeur au risque de blessure pour la personne à l'intérieur. Sensibilité de l'alarme incendie : 2 alertes en 1 semaine
L’emplacement dans un fort historique à 2 pas du débarcadère et du centre ville, au milieu d’un grand parc, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et le calme du logement, très bien équipé

Peut être un peu plus de chaleur pour les lieux d' accueil: fleurs .le bâtiment est très propre mais montre un peu de tristesse....

Logement un peu exigu et sombre. Mais l’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel fait oublier ces petits défauts.
