Man zahlt hier wirklich für die Lage. Das Apartment selbst fand ich enttäuschend.
Pros:

Lage, Nähe zur Alster, toller Ausblick aus dem 6. Stock und bodentiefe Fenster

Cons:

Einrichtung war eher alt, unangenehmer Essensgeruch im Apartment, der auch durch viel Lüften nicht wegging. Küche klebrig und Boden teils dreckig.

De accommodatie was goed.

Cons:

De toegang tot de accommodatie. De code was niet beschikbaar dus we hebben daar voor moeten bellen. En later bleek de resevering ook niet goed gegaan te zijn. Ik had voor 2 appartementen gereserveerd en betaald maar er was maar 1 appartement geresevereerd, de tweede hebben we ter plekke moeten doen.

Sehr schön 🤩
Pros:

Frühstück selber gemacht also gut. Gute Anbindung mit S Bahn U Bahn egal wo hin Sehr gut wenn man sich ein bisschen auskennt. Haben alles angesehen was wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Gerne einmal wieder .

Smartments Gesamtkonzept überzeugt mit unaufdringlichem, aber durchdachten Sevice
Pros:

Alles ist so einfach. Es gibt Ansprechpartner zeitweise vor Ort. Ansonsten über what's app oder die eigene app mit vielen Infos. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und für Nachschub ist gesorgt. Ich mochte einfach das Gesamtkonzept.

Cons:

Alles wurde häufig genutzt, dass sieht man dem Appartement an einigen Stellen an. Dies stört, aber nicht wirklich, sollte aber im Blick behalten werden. Und das Bett wäre mir für eine zweite Person etwas zu klein.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zentrale Lage - die U3 war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Es wurde mit einer Terrasse geworben. Leider musste diese mit 2 weiteren Einheiten geteilt werden und es stand nur 1 Stuhl pro Einheit zur Verfügung. Das Appartement befand sich um UG.

Great value for money and overall very good stay,
Pros:

Good location. Easy check in/out. Clean, bright, spacious. Easy and quick communication through Whatsapp. Laundry convient.

Cons:

People basically always stand right in front of entrance smoking so every time you come/leave basically go through a smoke cloud. Floor in room very scratched.

Pros:

Die Lage mit Nähe zur Außenalster, ebenfalls Bus und U-Bahn Haltestellen in kurzer Laufzeit erreichbar. Check in und out war über Smartphone möglich, Türöffner mit Codeeingabe problemlos.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war angemessen groß, daher wundert es uns, dass das Bett für 2 Personen nur 1,40 Meter breit war. Es gab lediglich 1 Nachttisch mit Lampe und 1 Steckdose in Bettnähe.
Das Bad war dunkel und im Verhältnis zum Rest des Zimmers sehr groß, es gab kaum Ablagefläche und keine Haken für Duschhandtücher.
Die Küchenoberfläche war schmutzig und wirkte ungepflegt.
