Tolles Haus & Lage - nicht alles top für den Preis
Pros:

Das Haus an sich ist sehr hübsch und schnuckelig - ebenso der Garten inkl. Sauna, Spielmöglichkeiten und einer Schaukel. Auch der Salotto ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Die kleine Kochnische ist ausreichend.
Die Lage ist top - direkt beim Freibad und der Seilbahn. Mit dem inkludierten Rittner Pass kann man fast alles nutzen (Schwimmbad, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel etc.).
Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten als Familie mit Kleinkind direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Leider war das Geschirr beim Frühstück bzw. im Salotto nicht immer sauber.

Die Frühstücksqualität und die -vorbereitungen waren nicht gleichbleibend gut, wenn die Mitarbeiterin Eva nicht da war. Sie macht alles sehr liebevoll und herzlich - jedoch sollte dies bei dem Preis nicht von der Anwesenheit eines Mitarbeiters abhängen.

Der Salotto hat Abends keine richtige Beleuchtung, wenn man sich dort aufhalten will.

Da die Villa keinen Hotelcharakter hat und manchmal auch größere Gruppen bzw. Freunde / Familie da sind kann es nachts auch mal laut werden (bei uns gab es mitten in der Nacht Streit und Türenknallen).

Perfekt!
Pros:

Wundervolles Frühstück in einem wundervollen Haus. Man wird behandelt wie ein König. Alles sauber und gemütlich, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, so ein Haus vergisst man nicht.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und mehreren Nischen zum Sitzen oder Liegen. Ein schön präsentiertes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Nie pünktliches Frühstück (bei Hitzetagen würde ich gerne früh losziehen können). Nette aber z.T gestresste Dame die für das Frühstück verantwortlich ist.

Ein wunderschöner Ort für romantische Wanderferien.
Pros:

Der romantische kleine Salotto mit dem wunderbaren Frühstücksbuffet und vor allem die nette Betreuung durch Eva! Das beste Rührei aller Zeiten ;)
Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Spannbettlacken war ziemlich kratzig (scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein).
Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig und es wäre schön, wenn nach 10 Uhr die Gäste leise nach Hause kommen.

A great place for a relaxing stay or as a base from which to explore
Pros:

Check in is easy and at the hotel Gloriette which is less than 5 minutes from Villa Gloria.
At check in we were given a pass for the little train that runs between the villages close to Soprabolzano and to the gondola that goes down to Bolzano.

The accommodation is just like the photos. Beautiful building and extensive gardens with plenty of places to relax comfortably. There is also a sauna and hot tub area.

Outside of the garden area there is ample parking and although outdoors it felt very safe.

Our apartment was spacious, well furnished, well equipped and very comfortable.

Breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of cold foods and also a menu for a hot breakfast cooked to order. The lady that does this is so lovely.
