Super location and an attentive host but very uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Super location, very attentive host, nice rooftop terrace

Cons:

Good comfortable room but washing machine is at rooftop and no dryer.
Pros:

The basement room is excellent condition, cool with fan even in summer time. It has washing machine at the rooftop.

Cons:

the alleyways and old abandoned buildings leading up to the property might be intimidating especially at night altho the host said the area is safe..

Excellent apartment / Peaceful surroundings
Pros:

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. During our 5-day stay, we didn't feel a single thing was lacking or disappointing. It was very comfortable, cozy, private, and all the amenities were more than sufficient. The owner seemed like a kind person, which made our experience here even better.
We stayed on the 3rd floor, which had a cute balcony inside the room. From the rooftop of the 4th floor, you can see a distant view across the Kura River to the northeast. While it may not be the absolute best view, you can still feel the uniquely poetic scenery of Tbilisi, mingling with dozens of birds.
The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood at a reasonable distance from major tourist attractions. While there are supermarkets near there, Orbeliani Square is great, which features a Carrefour supermarket and a food court. It has good vibe in the evening.

Хороший апартамент. Место расположение очень хорошее. Центр. В апартаменте всё есть. Удобная большая кровать с хорошим бельём и твердым матрасом. Замечательная терраса на крыше здания.

Excellent
Pros:

We stayed at the Tarhun Aparthotel before. It was easy to decide to book it again for another stay of several nights. Irina, the owner, makes the stay very nice. She tries to make her residents happy with advice and practical help. Central location also is an advantage.

A little jewel in a quiet backyard
Pros:

It is a lovely place, very new, very clean, with all the facilities, I wouldn’t think of anything else I missed. For me the main bonus was that it is amazingly quiet. I don’t remember sleeping so well in a long ti e. Beds are also Ok. Wonderful bathroom. Location is perfect, just near the Rustaveli avenue. There is a 24/7 supermarket around the corner. Irina, the hostess, is absolutely friendly and forthcoming, very helpful whatever you ask. I will definitely come back here during my next visits. Thank you, dear Irina and everybody!
