The rooms deliver well....comfy, cozy, clean....etc.

Cons:

Windows....there was only one in my room, and it was exposed directly to the balcony....and it doesn't have a screen or anything either....ventilating it can get difficult....and this is an individual thing but if you're looking for a social environment, I don't think this is the place....this is a place that gives you a decent room that's clean, you can sleep in, and offers close proximity to the city center.

Отличный вариант для того, чтобы переночевать в Тбилиси
Pros:

Замечательный хозяин! Очень добрый, заботливый. В гостинице уютно и чисто. В номере было все необходимое. Локация удачная - рядом площадь Свободы, проспект Руставели и множество кафе и магазинов.

Cons:

Номер был без окна и было немного душно, кондиционер есть, но не всегда хочется его включать.

we had a great time, it's even great for non-budget travelers since the standart is high.

Pros:

Удобное расположение квартиры, в самом центре Тбилиси, все достопримечательности шаговой доступности,приветливые и дружелюбные хозяева, в номере есть все ( своя ванная и туалет, шкаф, все принадлежности- для душа) кроме холодильника( воспользовались хозяйским) , кафе и рестораны прям под рукой, и метро рядом.

Очень чистая комната со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Отдельный лайк подушкам. Я также пользовалась хорошо оборудованной кухней. В номере был чайник, чайная пара, фен, телевизор. Розеток вполне достаточно. Также есть возможность постирать и погладить вещи. Хозяева замечательные радушные люди. Местоположение наилучшее из возможного. Я бы осталась у них жить навсегда, если б можно было.

Excellent séjour, hôtes très sympathiques
Pros:

Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables, très gentils et attentionnés. Nous sommes arrivées tard dans la nuit depuis l'aéroport et avons pu faire le check-in sans aucun souci. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de faire laver et sécher notre linge. L'emplacement est idéal : central et proche de tout (centre-ville, bars, commerces, métro).

Cons:

Notre première chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur (uniquement sur le couloir), mais cela ne nous a finalement pas beaucoup dérangées puisque nous passions nos journées et soirées dehors. À part cela, tout était parfait !
