Toppenbra!
Pros:

Toppenbra boende mitt i centrum. Rent, rymligt och bra service. Balkongen var enorm och hade utsikt över centrum. Mycket bättre boende än förväntat!

Sijainti erinomainen, iso parveke josta näkymä satamaan ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Meillä auto mukana ja omistaja hoiti paikoitusjärjestelyt.

Cons:

Parveke vaatisi uuden lattialaudoituksen jotta se vastaisi itse asunnon siisteyttä. Parveketuoleihin toivoisin istuintyynyt.

Relaxing Family stay in the City
Pros:

Wonderfully clean & comfortable apartment, with lots of space and a sheltered balcony area. Comfy beds, we slept very well during our stay. Kitchen was stocked fairly well with utensils and diningware. We did miss not having an oven but knew this at the time of booking. Management came halfway during our stay to offer fresh towels etc which was nice.
Fantastic location in a modern part of the city while still just 5-10 mins walk from the Old Town; very close to the lovely Rotterman area which was very pretty and full or trendy bars and restuarants. Also relatively close to the bus station and airport (10 - 15 mins by taxi).
Apartment is located above a shopping mall with a supermarket, food court & various clothing etc shops. Another smaller mall with a supermarket (Rimi) and nice cafe is just across the road. Super close to a Taxi rank at the Soros Hotel, and other public transport stops (bus, tram).
Overall very much enjoyed our stay at Adelle Apartments & would return again :-)

Cons:

The door code instruction to get into the apartment building lobby seemed to just be the buzzer code for the management's office rather than a door-release code. We got in when someone happened to be coming out of the building (tail-gated), the rest of the instructions to collect the apartment keys worked out totally fine.
Some tea/coffee supplies to cover at least the first evening would have been nice & welcome.
Note to management: there appeared to be an intermittent slight water leak coming from the tap/faucet in the kitchen, maybe a seal/washer that needs to be looked into before it gets any worse.

Bardzo ładny, czyściutki, bardzo przestronny apartament. Wielki telewizor. Wygodne łóżka. Cicha klimatyzacja. Wielki balkon do posiedzenia. Nic nie brakuje. Bardzo ładna łazienka. Świetna lokalizacja, w pięć minut jesteś na starym mieście. Wszystko się nam podobało

Pastatas yra šalia lankytinų vietų; apartamentai yra devintame aukšte; vaizdas per tikrai didelio, įstiklinto balkono langus gražūs; du kambariai, kuriuose yra 4 didelės ir patogios lovos; virtuvėje yra visi reikalingi prietaisai (nėra orkaitės; yra mikrobanginė krosnelė), indai; apartamentai švarūs, "nenudrožti".

Cons:

Parkingas. Mes nerezervavome vietos, todėl, susimokėjus baudą, teko statyti stovėjimo vietose tolėliau. Šiaip automobilių parkavimas Taline, kuris čia pakylėtas iki savotiško nacionalinio sporto, atskira tema. Šia prasme LT, su aiškia parkavimo tvarka, vienu-dviem žaidėjais, yra dieviškai paprasta.

Sijainti hyvä ja asunto sijainnista huolimatta hiljainen, sänky oli hyvä.

Cons:

Uuniin sopiva astia puuttuu. Ohjeet hellan käyttöön piti etsiä netistä. Ja ohje, että pysäköinti pitää maksaa etukäteen, olisi ollut hyvä tietää.

3:n naisen kiva 3:n yön reissu.
Pros:

Asunto todella kaunis ja juuri remontoitu. Ollaan majoituttu monta kertaa näissä huoneistoissa ja joka kerta ollaan oltu erittäin tyytyväisiä.

Kiva kaupunkiasunto hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Huoneisto oli erinomaisella paikalla, lähellä kaikkia palveluita. Hyvän mielen toi siisti ja kauniisti kalustestettu asunto. Parveke oli kiva lisä näin kesäaikaan. Yhteydenpito toimi hyvin.

Ilmalämpöpumppu olisi ainakin kesäaikaan hyvä.

Pros:

Apartament czysty i przestrzenny, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok. Znalazłyśmy w nim wszystko, czego potrzebowałyśmy i dobrze spędziłyśmy tu czas.

Cons:

Jednego poranka w budynku włączył się alarm, który był uruchomiony ok 1h. Nie wiedziałyśmy co się dzieje, wiec zeszłyśmy schodami na zewnętrz, jednak prócz nas nikt nie zareagował. W tym czasie też nie udało nam się skontaktować z właścicielem, który oddzwonił dopiero później. Po dłuższej chwili przyjechała ochrona, która wyłączyła alarm i uruchomiła windy, ale wyglądało to tak, jakby czasami się włączał i nikt na to nie reaguje.
