Tolles Frühstück in einer Holzbox jeden Morgen vor dem Appartment - ließ kein Wünsche offen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit Balkon. Frühstückskorb mi vielen guten Sachen. Hervorragende, ruhige Lage - Altstadt mit kurzem Spaziergang zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in der Rezeption. Unser Hund war auch willkommen (Körbchen und Napf würden bereitgestellt). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Residence Nives
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Schönes Appartment, sehr sauber, schöne Lage, sehr nettes Personal etc.
Waren sehr gespannt auf das Frühstück aus der Frühstückskiste; hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war alles da, was man brauchte und auch genug!
Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Brixen würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!!!

Cons:

Beim Fußboden des Balkons waren die Fugen der Bretter sehr weit auseinander verlegt. Man musste aufpassen, dass einem nichts herunterfiel, sonst hätte es der Nachbarn des unteren Balkons auf den Kopf oder es hätte dort sonst wohin fallen können. Das gleiche beim oberen Balkon, sollte jemand etwas verschütten, hat auch gleich der Nachbar des unteren Balkons etwas davon…!

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr ruhige und gute Lage mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Leckere Frühstückskiste.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sich während einer Hitzewelle
sehr aufgeheizt. Freundlicherweise wurde uns ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.
