Just the location

Cons:

Room dates with old air conditioning. Too warm during our stay and uncomfortable. Brought to management attention but they wouldn’t do anything. Floors were sticky by the bed area. Staff trying to make kickback by referring us to a gym with her business card stating it cost 20 euro per person for day pass. I later went without bring her business card and paid 15 euro.
Overall not worth the price with the quality of stay.

Zentral, etwas überteuert.
Pros:

Super zentral, nur ein paar Gehminuten von den Uffizien entfernt. Schönes Indesign.

Cons:

Das Personal hat etwas verwirrt und unorganisiert gewirkt. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war nicht mehr zur Verfügung und als Grund wurde eine defekte AC genannt - das „Upgrade“ war aber gefühlt schlechter als das gebuchte Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind schön aber für den Preis und den Service könnte man sich mehr erwarten.

Beautiful apartment in fabulous area of Florence, short walk to everything you could want.
Pros:

Fabulous location in smart area next to designer shops. Secure building. Very comfortable rooms in converted historic building. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Comfortable beds. We had an outdoor terrace with one of our rooms, which was superb for breakfast and evening drinks/cards (plus takeaway pizza one night!). Friendly staff. Pricey, but you get what you pay for… Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Air con could have been a little stronger, though I appreciate in historic buildings in Florence it’s not a given! Grateful to have it!

I would definitely come back.
Pros:

The Lady who ran the hotel, I believe her name was Nemi, was unbelievable. So nice and willing to help with everything. She had great recommendations for restaurants and other ideas and was super attentive to all of our needs. If everyone you deal with would be that cool and helpful the world would be an amazing place. Thanks for the hospitality.

Cons:

I liked everything, especially Nemi and the view and the location and the overall comfort.

Overall I enjoyed the size and location of the room. I wish the AC was working

Location amazing! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The large shower was very nice!

Cons:

No amenities or facilities on the property other than small terrace 2 floors above. The Air conditioner did not work, only the fan so unable to sleep for 2 nights plus mosquitoes biting me in the room. Staff was aware AC didn't work. Black toilet kind of creepy. Mini bar was not fully stocked with the listed items. Entrance to property very dark at night.
