Pros:

We moved to this apartment hotel after staying in a centrally located apartment that was good, but not air-conditioned in all rooms—turns out that's not a given in Florence. We moved to this apartment hotel and it was simply perfect. We stayed in the penthouse apartment, and it was 'wow'. There was enough space for everyone, and the staff was amazing, welcoming, and helpful with every request. It's very clean and also not far from the center, with excellent access to public transportation. Highly, highly recommend! This will be our regular place in Florence.

Contemporary furnishings and immaculately clean. Excellent location with short, flat walk into the city and all major tourist sites.

Cons:

Although the apartment was step free and an elevator to each floor, the "surprise" of a staircase (approx 10 steps) in the main lobby wasn't great for our party which included a person with reduced mobility. However, we managed and the apartment was definitely worth the inconvenience.

Stunning, spotless, spacious apartment that far exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning apartment that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was spotless, spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were lovely and attentive, they even provided a turn-down service after our second night. About a 20 minute walk from the centre but definitely worth it. Would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling to Florence. Thank you so much to the BB Hotels team!

Location was a bit further out than expected. No coffee shops or convenience stores nearby. Nice quiet area though.

Ci è piaciuta davvero molto la camera, a mani basse la più bella che abbiamo mai visto. Organizzazione degli spazi top, e anche il giardino privato molto apprezzato. Ci è piaciuto che ci fosse così tanto spazio in cui muoversi e una cucina super abitabile.

Cons:

Situazione parcheggi, abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica a trovare un parcheggio adeguato.
Insegna non ben visibile, all’inizio non capivamo dove l’hotel fosse situato.
Non c’è una vera e propria reception all’interno del palazzo, però lo staff è stato molto cordiale e si è presentato subito quando abbiamo citofonato al campanello.
