Enjoy the stay.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They kindly assisted with luggage storage and were flexible in arranging our check-in, which made our stay much more convenient.

The apartment is very clean, well designed.

If you are travelling with large suitcases, you may prefer to take a taxi from the train station. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall experience.

Cons:

Considering the spacious layout of the apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area, adding a washing machine would make the stay even more convenient, especially for guests staying for several days.

Absolutes Highlight! Sehr zu empfehlen. Großzügige Räume, moderne Bäder, bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung. Kostenloses Wasser und Kaffeekapseln. Fantastischer Service vom Personal (zB Taxiruf und Informationen). Super Lage : alles gut zu erreichen, vom Duomo zur Ponte Vechio und zum Bahnhof.

El equilibrio entre comodidad y lujo. La limpieza. La insonoridad estando al frente de una avenida muy transitada. La claridad en los “ do and don’ts”. La amplitud. El
Aroma, la asertividad de Camila. La apariencia de nuevo.

Cons:

Solo un detalle que camila corrigió rápidamente. . Pedir a los viajeros el pasaporte y quedarse con el, en ausencia de aquellos a quienes les pertenece, así sea por un minuto, no es lo recomendable. Camila entendió nuestra petición de acompañarla mientras sacaba las copias necesarias.

總之這次住宿令人愉快而且難忘，下次來佛羅倫斯一定會再入住，真的是幸福的夜晚。
Pros:

區位：附近大學學區，晚上安全且安靜，飯店樓下有公車站可以到達兩大火車站和百花大教堂觀光的景點，非常方便。
房間設施：衛浴設備齊全、床非常好睡、家電用品很齊全，是夢想中的房間。只是電磁爐不太會使，打不開，如果下次入住會再研究一下。
房間空間超大，從客廳走到房間的距離很遠，三個人入住也很舒適。有兩件臥房、兩間衛浴、一個客廳、廚房、餐桌交誼廳，待一整天不出門也很舒適。

Cons:

不滿意的地方，應該是入口的三個小階梯，因為行李實在太重了，除此之外上下樓都有電梯，非常方便。
房間的電磁爐我開不了，研究很久還是失敗。但同品牌電磁爐我去米蘭住宿的時候是可以使用的，這個房間可能是使用久了觸控不靈敏。

We all agreed it was a wonderful stay in Florence, and so much better than just a hotel room!
Pros:

It was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. It was very comfortable for 6 adults for a 5 night stay. We had plenty of room to sit and relax, and a large dining table to eat meals together. It was very clean with updated bathrooms. The receptionist, Jo, was wonderful! She was very professional and helpful, and it was great having someone there to answer questions and help us get a taxi, etc.

Cons:

We would have liked some access to laundry facilities. Also, a microwave oven in the kitchen. A handrail for the steps as you entered the building would have been helpful.
