Pros:

Nach diversen schlechten Bewertungen sind wir etwas verunsichert angereist. Im Nachhinein wurden wir sehr positiv überrascht. Das Personal war stets sehr zuvorkommend und versuchte uns, trotz teilweiser Sprachbarrieren, immer zu helfen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück weitaus besser (und sehr liebevoll zubereitet) als in vorherigen Hotels in Bulgarien und Rumänien.
Klar, war es kein Luxushotel, aber für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war es überdurchschnittlich gut.

Pour arriver et s’orienter sur les 50 derniers mètres, on recoit une très longue explication pas claire ; puis l’hotel n’a pas de pancarte indiquant qu’on y est !!! Il est ecrit qu’on doit prendre la clé au lobby mais il n’y a pas d’endroit indiqué comme lobby et personne du personnel dans les parages, en plein après midi. La climatisation ne refroidit presque pas.
La climatisation est très bruyante et a un afficheur bleu qui éclaire la nuit. La climatisation est inutilisable la nuit alors que la chambre était très chaude. Donc on a très mal dormi. Frigo dans la chambre assez bruyant. Petit déjeuner ok.

Acceptable for a budget travel
Pros:

Location not far from the beach.
Parking outside the complex.
Acceptable breakfast.
Very friendly staff 10/10. This is the reason I don't give a lower score.
Bungalow surrounded by trees that keep it somewhat cool, acceptable even without using AC.

Cons:

The bungalow is old with a fresh layer of paint.
Not adapted for AC. There is a portable unit, but the hot air is blown back inside, so not usable.

Mâncare bună. Aproape de plaja

Deși am ajuns la ora 15.20 nu aveam curent. Am sunat și proprietarul pe un ton ridicat ne - a spus sa avem răbdare pentru ca este o intervenție în locație. Chiar dacă i-am spus ca nu vedem sa mergem la baie și am ajuns mai târziu mi-a zis sa am răbdare. Din seara aia nu a mai mers nici cablul. Ni s-a adus o alta telecomanda, dar TV a rămas pe post de bibelou. La 2 zile ne-am trezit fără apa. Oprita toată. A sunat soțul și i s-a spus ca este o intervenție și ca se va da drumul, sa așteptăm. Aveam copiii sub dus. Deși am prelungit sejurul pentru ca era vreme bună, cu 2 zile înainte de checkout am rămas fără apa calda. Am spălat copiii de nisip cu apa rece seara. Am sunat iar și ni s-a spus ca va veni apa calda, sa avem rabdare. A doua zi am venit de la plaja, iar soțul ne-a comunicat ca nu avem apă caldă și între timp s-a certat cu proprietarul care i-a spus ca "nu are experienta de viață" pentru ca solicita remedierea problemelor pentru ceva ce noi plătisem. Am plecat de urgenta cu copiii deși mai aveam de stat o noapte. Am recuperat banii cu amenințări pentru noaptea rămasă. Nu as fi lăsat recenzie negativa dacă vedeam respect și încercarea de a ne oferi suport. Dimpotrivă de când am venit și pana am plecat am întâmpinat fel de fel, iar proprietarul a fost ostil și a reacționat vehement. Plus ca noua ni s-a dat în alta parte, foarte diferit de ce era în poze, ca să aflam ca de fapt erau chiriași pe căsuțele acelea, unde era un miros de ranced.
