Erholsamer und schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, lecker und sehr ansehlich hergerichtet. Wir hatten das Appartment mit Küche und zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Das Appartment (80 qm2) war gemütlich und geräumig. Die Küche war recht gut ausgestattet. Dank den Kommentaren im Booking.com, war ich vorgewarnt und brachte deshalb ein scharfes Rüstmesser und ein Schneidebrett mit. Ansonsten hatten wir eigentlich alles was eir benötigten. Den Tennisplatz und Spa hatten wir ebenfalls genutzt. Den Spa kann jeder Hotelgast für 2 Stunden pro Tag „gratis“ nutzen, vorausgesetzt man hat reserviert. Dies war jedoch kein Problem und konnte bei der Reseption gemacht werden. Als Anmerkung: der Spabereich ist mit 3 Saunas, einem Pool (ca. 15 Meter) und einem Jacuzzi gut ausgestattet. Aber man ist dort jeweils meistens nicht alleine, da auch andere den selben Timeslot buchen kann. Sind mehrere Leute da, wird der Pool schnell zu klein. Auch haben kleine Kinder Zutritt, weshalb ich mir denken kann, dass eine ruhesuchene Person nicht fündig wird. Uns hat es als Familie mit Teenager nicht gestört.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, in mitten der Natur und trotzdem sehr nahe am Comersee, Einkaufszentrum und Autobahn.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage gereinigt (für Gäste, welche 1 Woche bleiben wird es auf Anfrage 1x, für Gäste welche weniger lang bleiben, wird es gar nicht gereinigt).

Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rustig verblijf in mooie regio
Pros:

rustige ligging - ideaal voor onze hond ( we waren trouwens niet de enige met een hond )
centraal gelegen - veel in de regio te doen/bezichtigen ( TIP bij hittegolf : op een goed uur rijden ben je hoog in de bergen - Sankt Moritz, Aprica, Madesimo )
uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
mogelijkheid tot lekker dineren ( van woensdag tem zondagmiddag )
overdekt zwembad / welness
mooi overdekt terras ( bij herenhuis )
voldoende opbergmogelijkheden in de slaapkamers
vlotte en aangename check-in, check-out ( in het engels )
AIRCO ( weliswaar enkel in hoofdslaapkamer bij herenhuis, maar temperatuur in andere kamers gaat er ook wel beduidend mee naar omlaag )
EV charger 300 kWh op drietal minuten rijden ( aan shoppingcenter Iperal )

Cons:

te weinig (natuurlijk én kunstmatig ) licht binnen ( bij herenhuis ) - wordt gecompenseerd door groot overdekt terras
nogal harde bedden ( naar mijn gevoel )

Puur genieten met rust

Bed sliep wel lekker maar mag wel vernieuwd worden. Tevens maakte de koelkast geluid. Beide mag onze pret niet drukken, maar daar liggen kansen voor verbetering

Pros:

Gyönyörű helyen van a szállás. Nyugalom és csend van. A reggeli bőséges volt és finom..főleg első nap.

Cons:

Az étteremben csak első este tudtunk vacsorázni , utána már nem nyitott ki. Második este esküvő volt. Azért szóltak és teljesen érthető volt.
Utána viszont senki nem szólt , hogy nem lesznek nyitva.
Nem volt benne az árban a vacsora , viszont lehetőség lett volna ott enni ha nyitva lett volna.

Eine traumhafte, gemütliche Oase für Ruhe und Natur Liebende - mit mäßigem Service
Pros:

Bezaubernde Anlage und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Die Cascina ist eine Oase inmitten eines Naturreservats, das einen das Drumherum augenblicklich vergessen lässt. Der Comer See und einige Restaurants sind mit dem Fahrrad gut und zu erreichen, wenn man (wie wir) sich gern bewegt. Die Radwege führen ein wenig verwinkelt mitten durch das Reservat - fernab vom Verkehr. Wer die Einsamkeit liegt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet mehr ausreichend Variationen, sich für den Tag gut zu sättigen. Das großzügige und liebevoll angelegte Anwesen ist v.a. auch Abends bei dezenter Beleuchtung atemberaubend schön. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, Bad sehr ansprechend und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage hat uns den Tag und die Nacht gerettet.

Cons:

Das Personal hat sich nur sehr spärlich gezeigt - und wenn, dann immerhin vereinzelt mit ausgesuchter Höflichkeit. Oft genug waren das Personal recht wortkarg und wenig serviceorientiert. Proaktives Kümmern, wie ich es von einem herrlichen Ort wie diesen erwarten würde gab es eher nicht. Während unserer 5 Tage Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gesäubert, Handtücher gewechselt o.ä. Vielleicht ist das nicht üblich, aber es hilft, das anzukündigen.

Gastvrijheid, beschikbaarheid van faciliteiten zoals restaurant of bar of receptie, beperkte toegankelijkheid zwembad, badmuts verplicht.kamers erg gehorig en te weinig gordijnen, daglicht kwam volop binnen. Matig ontbijt. Het viel allemaal erg tegen.

Pros:

L'environnement et grande chambre.
Petit déjeuner top et restaurant très bien.

Cons:

Prendre Rdv pour la piscine 2h par jour pas indiqué dans les descriptifs et obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain.
Beaucoup de familles sont arrivées le weekend donc devient très vite un terrain de jeux et très bruyant.
