For guests traveling with more than 1 car, please note that the first car parking space is free in the covered secure carpark. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note: There will be renovation happening at Oscar on Main.
Renovation: Level 20 from April 27 – June 19.

There will be heavy noise between the hours of 9am to 12pm, then it will be limited to back to basic renovation noise till 4pm daily Monday to Friday.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. What a blast and what a place to stay. Amazing
Pros:

Wow what a stunning location. Ocean one side and lake the other. Was sensational. There were so many cafes and restaurants around so was great for eating out and having options.

We had a family room which was massive. We had a parent’s retreat and the kids had their own section and bathroom. The full kitchen was awesome and the living room overlooked the ocean. Beds were all very comfortable.

Check in was super simple and the staff were very helpful.

Plenty of bathroom supplies were provided.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again one day.

Cons:

The TVs were a bit complicated. Having to cast from a phone took a bit of getting used to. A smart TV with all the usual apps would have been better.

There were literally 5 plates, 5 glasses etc. Would have been great to have a few extras for our family.

The spa has a lot of chlorine, so much so that 3 of us had our bathers change colour because of all the chemicals.

Amazing views, quiet and tranquil for a peaceful recharge sums it up.
Pros:

Clean and spacious. Beautiful view and facilities (gym pool etc.) were quality. We loved the homely atmosphere.

Pros:

I love the easy after hours check in via the lock box. The instructions are very clear and easy to use. The room was nice and big and the view spectacular. The lounge was very comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The lifts are efficient and the included under building parking is excellent. I also loved the nice full size fridge and freezer.

Cons:

I would have liked better quality cookware for the cooktop/stove.

We enjoyed our stay at Oscar on Main Beach as it was the ideal location for a great holiday.
Pros:

Amazing clear view of the sea and beach from our front terrace and apartment. The location was handy walking distance to the beach and for cafes and restaurants on Tedder Avenue.

Cons:

There were some noticeable stains on the carpet in our apartment rooms. Some more flannels (just one left for two people) and towels to use in the bathroom would have been appreciated to last during our six days of stay.

Excellent and worth visiting again, especially with children.
Pros:

It was very comfortable and had amazing views. We had a surprise upgrade which was lovely. There was parking included and access to pools and other facilities which were great to have available. Everything you needed - washing machine, dryer etc was available. It was also very quiet; in fact the greatest noise came from the sea itself which was very close.
The staff were lovely and helpful and the entire stay was made smooth and easy.

Cons:

If I had anything bad to say would be that the kitchen area could be a little bit cleaner, and the floors could do with a mop. I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness however, and most people probably wouldn’t mind.
