Nice location, very spacious apartments, great value for money
Pros:

Nice location, very spacious apartments, facilitties were good and loved sitting on the balcony listening to beach. Very good value for money

Cons:

checkin was poor - I was locked out of the building despite being in office hours. Also there was a lot of muck under coffee table and chairs, obviously haven't been cleaned in a long time

Wonderful apartment in great location with lovely surrounds and great amenities, friendly staff.
Pros:

The apartment had a really cozy feeling. It is in a good, quiet location but close to everything one could want. Hands down one of the best apartments I've stayed at on Main Beach.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

I would highly recommend Oscar on Main, easy access after arriving late, reception sorted my Uber to Coolangatta airport

Wonderful place. Excellent location. Slightly incompetent in communication.
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely space. Very clean. Great for the family.

Cons:

We returned from a shop at Australia fair to find the front door propped open with a pair of scissors. Only after visiting front reception were we told it was painters in the building doing work. We were not informed of this during check in. It greatly distressed my wife. I feel this should have been communicated to us by the receptionist.

Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable. Better than we expected! Beautiful views of the ocean, could hear the waves at night. Fast WiFi, Smart TVs and casting is always nice. Had everything we needed and walking distance to cafes/restaurants. Less than 10 min drive to Australia Fair shopping centre. Kids loved the pool and tennis courts.

Cons:

A few things need replacing - the cutlery tray is broken, some of the headrests on the cough were also a bit unstable and the main toilet seat although clean is stained. Kettle needs a descale as well, or replaced entirely.

Tv in main bedroom isn’t tuned to any channels, but we were able to watch Netflix and YouTube so that was ok.

A cpl things to mention to the cleaners - noticed panadol boxes dropped behind main tv, very rusty hinges under kitchen sink. Some of the handles of cupboard doors also feel sticky.

These are minor issues and didn’t take away from the wonderful we had there.

It was fine, but very expensive for what it was.
Pros:

Close to Tedder Ave with lots of great eating spots. Free parking. Lovely receptionists.

Cons:

Not sure if this is common for Gold Coast, but bed was made with only a sheet, minimal supplies of detergent and toilet paper, and we were expected to buy any more we needed.
